Quote for same product $1000.00 higher than competitors- a lot of money. Why? Nice website with fast response for estimates- yes - but based on the quote you will pay more for something you can get a better price on elsewhere. While it might be trouble and effort to shop around it apparently can reap dividends in terms of money saved and getting something better for the money you spent. Lots of promo going here-shop around !

Awesome service! Contacted Precision Door via the online chat service late on a Sunday night. Customer service responded and scheduled a repair technician first thing Monday morning. Repair technicians were highly knowledgeable about what was going on with our garage door. They made repairs very quickly and got our door working in no time! Highly recommend their services! Dylon Byrd and William Squires make a great team. Within one and one-half hours after arrival, they diagnosed the problem, explained our options and installed new springs, rollers, motor, remotes and keypad. After installation, Dylon was very specific in his explanation of what was replaced and how everything worked. We WILL most definitely recommend Precision to our neighbors, family and friends.

One of the best home service companies to deal with. We are repeat customers. When you schedule they send you a confirmation email letting you know who is coming out and the time frame they are expected to arrive. I selected Precision because I liked its presentation in YP and on a flyer from Val-Pac. I liked the promise of quick service at no additional cost. I liked that the company technicians wore uniforms, carried ID, and were easily identified. The technician, Dylan Byrd, arrived early in the promised time frame, explained what my problem was and how he would fix it. He was very courteous and worked hard and fast to repair my door. The service provided to repair the broken spring on the garage door was superior. The customer service was by far the best I had experienced in quite some time.
