Awesome service! Contacted Precision Door via the online chat service late on a Sunday night. Customer service responded and scheduled a repair technician first thing Monday morning. Repair technicians were highly knowledgeable about what was going on with our garage door. They made repairs very quickly and got our door working in no time! Highly recommend their services! Dylon Byrd and William Squires make a great team. Within one and one-half hours after arrival, they diagnosed the problem, explained our options and installed new springs, rollers, motor, remotes and keypad. Excellent service. Friendly service persons. I called them this morning and they scheduled me from 2 - 4. The service person called me around 12:45 to say he could be out a little after 1. They showed up on time and were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They told me it would take an hour to install. They were done in under 45 minutes. They made sure that I knew how to operate all functions before they left. Very pleased. I definitely recommend Precision.
