I had to buy a new keypad entry box because of a defective 9v battery attachment pad. I know they have to make some kind of sales between door installs but a new keypad v a cheap battery connector. But I got a new box with a 90 day guarantee. Dylan the serviceman was great and was fast.

Richard was wonderful. He arrived as scheduled was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Everything was explained to me which I appreciated. Quick, thorough, great customer service, knowledgeable and overall effective. This was a great repair experience. Since most people try to take advantage of women I was very hesitant. I didn't feel that with Matthew. Gave me a lesson on maintenance also that I didn't even think about. I look forward to working with you again Matthew.

The gentleman who came to my house was wonderful, very professional. My problem is with scheduling. I had a morning appointment that was booked two days before. I received a call it needed to be rescheduled from 2-4. No one arrived so I called, they said it had been changed to 2-6 with no notice. You have a real problem having a call center and not having local people with Precision handle appointments. They are your front line to the customer. I should know, I’m a partner in a consumer and business to business market research company.
