Had a new Precision controller installed. It works very well and has a lot of features that our old Chamberlain Whisper Quiet controller. Shaun, our service Representative, was prompt courteous and efficient. He arrived a couple of hours after we called and had it installed in an hour and a half.

Chris Brown came to my house and didn't waste any time getting to work. He showed me exactly what was wrong with our door and replaced everything with brand new parts in a quick fashion. His professionalism was outstanding. He started at 6:00PM, when I scheduled the appointment, and stayed until the job was finished. I would recommend Precision to anyone needing any type of garage service.

We had a really awesome experience with Precision. They were recommended by several friends in the Mobile area. Our Fix It man Chris was great. He fixed an issue with a broken spring and frayed wires. Knew what he was doing and explained everything he did. Not only the repair but the safety of garage doors in general. Not all heros wear capes. Thank you again Chris!

I was very impressed with the service call as it was timely,efficient and done by Shaun in a professional manner. I always talk to the technician on any service call I get about the company they work for because that tells you more about a company than anything else will. Shaun was a happy camper and told me about the way they are treated by the company and listed several things about what the company does for its employees. Dylon Byrd and William Squires make a great team. Within one and one-half hours after arrival, they diagnosed the problem, explained our options and installed new springs, rollers, motor, remotes and keypad. After installation, Dylon was very specific in his explanation of what was replaced and how everything worked. We WILL most definitely recommend Precision to our neighbors, family and friends.
