We replaced an ancient garage door with a new one. We ordered a specialty paint finish and there are odd measurements due to the building’s age. The Precision Door crew was able to accommodate our structure. They remedied errors quickly and were very persistent about completing the installation. The new garage door looks lovely. Technician Kirby was on time and professional. He was thorough with his explanation of options in repairing the problem with the garage door. I was really impressed with the app sent to show a picture and name of the expected technician, his arrival time and a map showing his exact location as he was driving to my house.

I had the spring break on one of my garage doors today. I contacted Precision Door at about 1:30. The tech arrived at my house at 3PM. The agreed upon time for my appointment was between 3 and 5PM It took Chris a little over 1 hour to replace the broken spring, rod and other parts. Chris did an excellent job.

We had a spring break. Called and they were out in 2 hours. The technician Kirby was excellent. Professional and well knowledgeable. Replaced the bearings and Kirby showed me the old bearings before he replaced them with the new ones. Most people would just throw them away and not show you the old parts. Highly recommend them for anybody needing their garage door repaired or replaced.
