I had a new garage door put in on Tuesday, Oct 1st, 2019 by Precision Door Service. The technicians, Mr. Chris Brown and another young man, were very courteous, professional, and knowledgable in replacing my door. They are very hard-working young men and they did a wonderful job. I would recommend them and Precision to anyone who wants a job done quickly and professionally.

Chris and his team did amazing work. They arrived promptly at 2 and were very professional and courteous. The original problem was a broken spring, but they ended up fixing the rollers since those were about to break as well. He walked me through all of the available options and the repair process. He even fixed the motor mount for no additional charge. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

The guy came early. My appointment was between 2--4. He got here a little after 1. Garage door repair -- works like brand new. He did a fine job. I like the smaller remote control for the door. He explained about it being guaranteed for 5 years.

John and Joe did a fantastic job. They were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone. Our old garage door motor/opener collapsed from the ceiling today. I called Precision and they sent John and Joe out right away. They had everything replaced and working again in less than 2 hours.

Precision Doors installed the system approximately 5 years ago. I was so umpressed with how quick and efficient they were. The system has worked perfectly but recently malfunctioned. I would not think of calling anyone other than Precision. Rhe tech called to tell me he would be a few minutes late. He immediately diagnosed the problem then fixed it. I was well pleased with the service. Very good company with well trained employees.

Highly recommend Precision got your garage service . They are professional and will send a pic of the techs that will be coming to your home and they have a big sign on their van that I was pleased to see. Their work is always on point and the tell u the problem and fix it and don’t try to sell u anything else.

I was very impressed with the professional attitude and quick response from the company. It took less than 15 minutes to correct the situation and the technician even showed us some steps to take so that the door will operate more efficiently. I cut the wire to my electric gate on Friday. I found good reviews on your website, friendly response to set up the repair. Updates on email and text kept me informed on repair. Add “Gate Reapir” to your Service options. Travis did a great job.

From phone book, liked 24/7 availability to make appt. when problem occured. Appreciated Kirby called and came early for appt. Clearly went over options and fixed problem per option selected. Instructed on proper operation and maintenance of door as we had none when house built in 2002. He was very patient with explanations. Very pleased with his customer service attitude,

New door installed on a Saturday. Installers left for another job, but door would not close completely! Needed to open and close door manually for next two days Had to call Monday to have another tech correct the problem.

Had to have the tension springs replaced. Kirby called and said he could come an hour earlier than scheduled so that I didn't have to wait all day. He explained exactly what he was going to do and the potential problems that could occur if the job was not done right. He showed me what he did after he completed the work. He was very professional.

Joey gave our garage door a great tune-up and got everything back in working order in no time! Even fabricated some metal sensor holders on the spot, that work much better than what came with the original garage door (which was not installed by Precision). Great job, on time, explained everything he was doing.
