He was very informative and took his time to make sure I was educated on garage door maintenance. Also he was quick. I was throughly satisfied with my service. My garage door stopped working and after some troubleshooting I determined that the spring broke. I called a couple other garage door repair companies, but they weren’t available for service e calls until the following week. I called Precision based on a recommendation from a neighbor, and they were able to send a technician out same day. I was given a two hour window for arrival time, received a text notifying me of which service tech was coming to my home that even included his picture, and the technician, Antonio, called when he was 15 minutes away to give me a heads up. I was incredibly impressed by the communication I received, even before my technician arrived. Antionio provided truly exceptional service, and even went out of his way to thoroughly explain the issue, as well as the recommended solutions, and showed me some preventative maintenance steps I should incorporate into my home maintenance routine. I was incredibly grateful for his expertise, professionalism, and outstanding customer service.

Tony M. Jones, I called the company with an issue of the door opening and closing. The issue really was with the type censor used and had gotten miss- aligned with a loose connection to the opposite side. Precision was called and a request for Jermery was made to come take a look and he was very professional in taking care of our issue and very nice and knowledgeable in handling our issue. Things were done in a timely manner and really got here way before the said time he was expected. We very happy issue was resolved, and he stressed to call back if any further problems. Tony

Herschell was awesome repairing our broken springs and wore out rollers!! Highly recommended to do business with. If more problems occur, will not hesitate to call Precision Door!!!
