Tony M. Jones, I called the company with an issue of the door opening and closing. The issue really was with the type censor used and had gotten miss- aligned with a loose connection to the opposite side. Precision was called and a request for Jermery was made to come take a look and he was very professional in taking care of our issue and very nice and knowledgeable in handling our issue. Things were done in a timely manner and really got here way before the said time he was expected. We very happy issue was resolved, and he stressed to call back if any further problems. Tony

I picked your company because it was the first one that answered the phone on Friday night. Also a very pleasant and courteous young lady answered all my questions and set me up an appointment. Precision Door was recommended by Overhead Door which now does only commercial installations. I was impressed by the effectiveness, knowledge, and efficiency of the technician who evaluated our old system, and who provided an estimate for rejuvenation of the four-decade-old system. He returned the next day and in 2 hours replaced the motor, spring, rollers, etc. He gave me instructions on use and maintenance of the new hardware. I was amazed at how quiet the new system was, and how easily the garage door was raised and lowered. I should have done all of this months ago!!
