We had one of two torsion springs break this past Saturday and we did a lot of research on how to repair it ourselves. We also searched for companies to complete the repair for us. We almost bought the springs, metal bearing, and winding bars online, but decided to get estimates first. We called Precision on Sunday afternoon and they scheduled a technician to come out the next day at the time we asked for. Chris was the technician. He was very professional and went over options with us. Once he gave us the estimate, we were very satisfied and wanted to know how soon the repairs could be done. He said he could have it completed within an hour. Wow! The cost was very reasonable considering how much we were going to pay for parts. We were excited to know our garage door would be working within a short time, so of course we had him do the repairs. He was super! Thanks Chris!! We will tell everyone about how great you were!!
