Replaced an existing opener that just needed a coupler but decided to upgrade. Chris did a great job on the install. Unit is quiet but it doesn't trip the light when door is open like I'm used to so that's a disappointment. Haven't had a belt drive before so I will be interested to see how it holds up. Everyone at the company were professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks.

The garage door spring broke Saturday night. I called on Sunday evening of Mother's Day to set up an appointment. Chris was prompt and professional. He was very honest on what he was going to do and what he would recommend. He was not pushy. Just matter of fact. I know nothing about garage doors except pushing the remote! One hour later, the spring was fixed plus the other spring, rollers, and drums. He had originally suggested the cable needed replacing too. After looking more closely at the cables he said they were fine. Most repairmen would replace any way to have an added charge. I would highly recommend Precision for any repairs and be sure to ask for Chris. Excellent customer service.

I was in panic mode when I contacted Precision on their website Monday evening a little after 8p.m. My garage door had come off its track, was stuck, and I was scheduled to leave town the next morning at 10! My garage door (installed in 1994) broke on February 12, 2014, and I called Precision Door Service. The original crew that came out had not measured correctly and the door did not fit. They went to Pensacola and got one the same day-- they (two men--Chris and ?) finished the job before dark. Had to call them back to do some minor repair a few days later. These past 2 1/2 months since the installation, the door has been making VERY loud noises each time the door was closed. I went off around 3 PM yesterday (4-28 ) and the door closed properly. When I got back at 8 PM, the door did not go all the way down (up about 12"-15" from the garage floor). I called your company immediately,told them the problem, and the lady said they'd be here today between 12-2 PM. Your representative, Van, arrived right around 2 PM, and he told me that there were LOTS of problems as to how the door had been installed, and he pointed out ALL of the mistakes. I was appalled!!!!! He said he needed a good hour to make the corrections. When he was finished, the door went down smoothly with hardly any noise, and areas where the light had shown through were now closed. He again pointed out all of the MANY things that were installed improperly and how he had fixed them. He's very knowledgeable, and I appreciate what he did for me today. I highly recommend him. I hope that I won't need any further repairs as this was a complete garage door replacement.
