Replaced an existing opener that just needed a coupler but decided to upgrade. Chris did a great job on the install. Unit is quiet but it doesn't trip the light when door is open like I'm used to so that's a disappointment. Haven't had a belt drive before so I will be interested to see how it holds up. Everyone at the company were professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks.

Referred by neighbors, Patrick & Anita Page. Chris responded same day I called. Prompt, courteous and very well informed. He answered all my questions and presented all options. Installation was scheduled for 8:00 the next morning. Again, prompt, courteous and very efficient. I am very pleased with new garage door and.the service I received. ( Chris even rolled my garbage can in from the street - over and above duty.) KUDOS!!

The garage door spring broke Saturday night. I called on Sunday evening of Mother's Day to set up an appointment. Chris was prompt and professional. He was very honest on what he was going to do and what he would recommend. He was not pushy. Just matter of fact. I know nothing about garage doors except pushing the remote! One hour later, the spring was fixed plus the other spring, rollers, and drums. He had originally suggested the cable needed replacing too. After looking more closely at the cables he said they were fine. Most repairmen would replace any way to have an added charge. I would highly recommend Precision for any repairs and be sure to ask for Chris. Excellent customer service.

Work was done fast, area was clean when he left. Was very professional in all action. Problem: the emergence stop lights will not stay in place have to adjust every other time you try to close garage door.

I was in panic mode when I contacted Precision on their website Monday evening a little after 8p.m. My garage door had come off its track, was stuck, and I was scheduled to leave town the next morning at 10! Long story short...Chris, a Godsend, showed up the next morning and I was on my way by 10. I will ONLY use Precision from now on and will definitely tell my friends. Thanks again Chris...you're the best!!!

My garage door (installed in 1994) broke on February 12, 2014, and I called Precision Door Service. The original crew that came out had not measured correctly and the door did not fit. They went to Pensacola and got one the same day-- they (two men--Chris and ?) finished the job before dark. Had to call them back to do some minor repair a few days later. These past 2 1/2 months since the installation, the door has been making VERY loud noises each time the door was closed. I went off around 3 PM yesterday (4-28 ) and the door closed properly. When I got back at 8 PM, the door did not go all the way down (up about 12"-15" from the garage floor). I called your company immediately, told them the problem, and the lady said they'd be here today between 12-2 PM. Your representative, Van, arrived right around 2 PM, and he told me that there were LOTS of problems as to how the door had been installed, and he pointed out ALL of the mistakes. I was appalled!!!!! He said he needed a good hour to make the corrections. When he was finished, the door went down smoothly with hardly any noise, and areas where the light had shown through were now closed. He again pointed out all of the MANY things that were installed improperly and how he had fixed them. He's very knowledgeable, and I appreciate what he did for me today. I highly recommend him. I hope that I won't need any further repairs as this was a complete garage door replacement.

This is the second time we have used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service since we have owned our home and can say we have been extremely satisfied with the service that was performed. The springs needed replaced this time and the technician completed the replacement in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend Precision for overhead garage door repairs and replacements.

Quick courteous service. Chris showed up earlier than scheduled and did an outstanding job. He was very professional and corrected everything that was wrong with our garage door opener. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the issues we were having. He explained everything that he needed to do along with all of our repair options. Spent more than I wanted to but still feel like I got a good deal and this repair. I feel better regarding the safety of my family. Chris has a very positive attitude and was a pleasure to deal with. He has my highest recommendation as does Precision Door Service. Thanks Chris.
