Service Technician CAMERON FONTENOT was very courteous, professional and pinpointed the problem with my Garage door, explained everything to me and what I needed to get done, and had my Garage door operating like new.within an hour or so. This review is a few weeks old. I believe my technician was Tommy Mitchell. He was awesome. He explained everything in detail and explained my options. I spent more than I intended to but I am extremely pleased. Like my outdoor opener, the garage door is very quite whereas it was very loud, plus the other features. Extremely pleased! Tommy was awesome, professional, and exercised good covid 19 precautions, including distancing and disinfecting. Hope Tommy gets some good recognition from this review. He deserves it. I will certainly recommend Precision to anyone who inquires about a garage door or repair. Thank you.

Precision Door Service replaced our garage door about a year ago. They were very efficient and professional with the installation. Then a few days ago, we had a small issue with a structural problem. We also wanted nylon rollers installed. They came out promptly, fixed the issue and now we're like new again. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company.
