Precision Door responded promptly and professionally. Although they responded to a broken spring, based on the failing condition of the door itself, the service technician recommended a complete replacement. Was provided a quote very promptly and have paid the deposit for a new door.

I highly recommend this company! Elisha just completed a much needed garage door repair for us. He was so professional, honest & efficient in making the repair. I was given reasonable options before the repair was made. Elisha is one of the nicest repairmen we’ve ever dealt with in our home…such a nice, trustworthy guy!

The technicians that came to repair my garage door were, first and foremost, punctual. They were both very friendly and courteous, they explained EXACTLY what the problems with the mechanism were and gave me options of the ways to fix it, that best fit my budget. When they were done, it was like "Batman" fixed it. There were NO signs that they had ever been there, other than a perfectly functioning garage door. Elisha Wigal and the trainee that came with him, whose name I can't recall right now, were professional and personable at the same time. As a business owner, I know how hard it is to find employees like this...BRAVO !!!!
