Very good and quick service. Called at 9am and they were at my house by 11:15am. It was a bit pricey. The technician was at my house for about 20 min with no parts needed and very little labor and it was $174.

I called in for service early this a.m. and was scheled for an apointment to service Wireless Keyless entry between 10:00a.m and 12:00a.m. Mr. Scott Stuckey was servicing the machine before 10:00a.m. Geat service . He was so prompt and completed his job at once. Thank you.

Precision Door was recommended to me by Mr David Lowery. I am really please with the quality of your employees. When Kinsman came to give me an estimate I was really impressed. I asked for a week to decide and called the next day. When Ross called to let me know that the estimate was incorrect I was impressed again. Having only seen pictures of my doors I was Leary of the quality but you came through. Your company is the one and only I have used in reguards to feeling safe with being able to run errands and leaving them to watch my house like I do. Thank you for living proof of you promise.

From a customer-service perspective this is truly the best company I have dealt with in YEARS. Twice now they have come to our rescue, and BOTH times I have finished the transaction feeling like a 'valued customer' who just got a wonderful deal, for exceptional service. (as opposed to most other service interactions where I feel like a 'mark' who just got fleeced!) I wish this company did more than garage doors...they would be the only ones in my speed dial!

The entire process from the initial visit, repair proposals and installation was very professional. Mike presented our options, clearly explained what was proposed and helped with the selection of the best value for our needs. Based on Mike's presentation, we elected to not only replace the door but also the opener. We are very pleased with the final product and would recommend Mike and Precision to anyone. As an added bonus to our experience, all appointments we on time and we received a call prior to arrival.

My garage door has been acting up, like it would just stop.. I called Precision and Kinsman was the service guy. He did a thorough job and really knowledable about the garage door and parts. My garage door motor was bad.....He changed it out, with new remote and warranty. Did a great job. Yes I recommend precision. He informed me of the types and the prices before I said change it. I am very pleased with Precision, thank goodness they advertise. That is how I found them to be servicing Mobile area.

I actually chose the company through its web site and couldn't have been more pleased. They offered same day service, and I was not disappointed. The service technician called before he came and did an excellent job. He replaced the sensors and outside pad and serviced the unit. He was extremely professional and polite, and the charge seemed reasonable. I have never chosen service without a personal recommendation but I'm really glad I did.

They took my call on a Sunday and I had a technician there to fix my door at 9:30 Monday morning and had it fixed in under an hour. No other company was taking calls on the weekend! Great customer service!

Your man was 3 Hours Late. Then he said, he could not get parts to repair my door. So he tried to sell me a new door." I didn't fall off the turnip truck yesterday " !!!

We apologize for being late to the appointment. We alot a 2 hour window for arrival and if we are not on site within 4 hours we waive the service free as we understand the inconvenience. After reviewing the project with the technician he pointed out the door was very worn and to take care of all the potential safety risks a complete replacement would be the best long term solution. Please feel free to reach out to the office and speak with a manager to resolve.

I had an emergency after hours yesterday and called your company. The 4 hour time frame given was understandable; however, your guys were great and made it to my office in less than 1.5 hours.
