I was in panic mode when I contacted Precision on their website Monday evening a little after 8p.m. My garage door had come off its track, was stuck, and I was scheduled to leave town the next morning at 10! Excellent response time and service. I made 1 call and had technicians at my house within 2 hours. The repair was completed within an hour and the door was back in service with a lifetime warranty on parts/labor. Quick courteous service. Chris showed up earlier than scheduled and did an outstanding job. He was very professional and corrected everything that was wrong with our garage door opener. I called for service at 7:45a the day after Christmas for my garage door that would not open. The call was answered by a human, no robots, and I was setup for an appointment by 8:45a.
