We actually purchased a package that replaced springs, rollers, remotes, and gave us a keypad too. I initially made contact through the chatline at 10:00 pm! A real person on chatline got my info and set up appointment for the next morning. Richard Jones was our technician. He called about 15 minutes before arrival and arrived on time. He was very informative and knowledgeable, answering all our questions. His work was performed quickly and neatly. He throughly checked out the equipment and made sure we understood maintenance and operation. He finished in the estimated amount of time. We are very pleased with the entire repair, replace and installation and would definitely recommend this company, and our technician too. A pleasant experience from beginning to end. Happily, I was able to get my car out of my garage within a few hours!

The technicians that came to repair my garage door were, first and foremost, punctual. They were both very friendly and courteous, they explained EXACTLY what the problems with the mechanism were and gave me options of the ways to fix it, that best fit my budget. When they were done, it was like "Batman" fixed it. There were NO signs that they had ever been there, other than a perfectly functioning garage door. Elisha Wigal and the trainee that came with him,whose name I can't recall right now, were professional and personable at the same time. As a business owner, I know how hard it is to find employees like this...BRAVO !!!!

They came out to troubleshoot garage door problem. They installed new Lift Master opener and nylon rollers. Cameron and Richard did a great job and were super nice. Nicolas did a great job of repairing my door and letting me know all the options that were in front of me. He wasn’t pushy what so ever and explained the pros and cons of everything. He said he’s only been doing this a few months but he carried himself like a 20 year veteran in the industry.

Nick the technician was super. He was efficient with performing a review. Of my existing system. While he tried to reserve my current system, I determined that the cost was not efficient so he worked out a plan to upgrade to a new garage door opener with all the new whistles and bell that would best serve me. Nock installed the new system in about 2 hours and he demonstrated how everything function. I really appreciated his kindness , expertise and smartness. He was very courteous and careful. I damaged one remote, so I had it replaced, and I purchased one extra remote. He also performed the required service. The Service Man explained what I needed to know.
