Great customer service, knowledgeable about the products and supplies they sales and use, friendly, polite, and very professional. Here today to quote price and answer any questions. Tech stated they were same day service company. Would have given a 5 star rating if technician was able to install on the spot. But, he didn’t have the punch angle on his truck to complete install. Just happen to give it to another tech that needed it. I’ve used Precision before to install basic double garage doors with a garage door opener in 2017 and I haven’t had any problems with any of the materials or devices as of today. Everything still works like brand new. I’m adding another garage door opener for the other side of my garage. Highly recommend!????

We actually purchased a package that replaced springs, rollers, remotes, and gave us a keypad too. I initially made contact through the chatline at 10:00 pm! A real person on chatline got my info and set up appointment for the next morning. Richard Jones was our technician. He called about 15 minutes before arrival and arrived on time. He was very informative and knowledgeable, answering all our questions. His work was performed quickly and neatly. He throughly checked out the equipment and made sure we understood maintenance and operation. He finished in the estimated amount of time. We are very pleased with the entire repair, replace and installation and would definitely recommend this company, and our technician too. A pleasant experience from beginning to end. Happily, I was able to get my car out of my garage within a few hours!
