Nicolas was very prompt, the first part of my service time window. He was efficient and knowledgeable about my situation and gave me other options to correct not only my requested problem but options to make my install from a previous company safer. He was patient with me changing my mind twice! He was courteous, professional, and efficient. The only problem, neither of us thought to reprogram the remote since disconnecting the wires during the opener remount affected remote operation.

Nick the technician was super. He was efficient with performing a review. Of my existing system. While he tried to reserve my current system, I determined that the cost was not efficient so he worked out a plan to upgrade to a new garage door opener with all the new whistles and bell that would best serve me. Nock installed the new system in about 2 hours and he demonstrated how everything function. I really appreciated his kindness , expertise and smartness. He was very courteous and careful. I have a new door that had started making a very loud annoying noise. Nicolas Rhodes was the technician who came to evaluate what was causing the noise.
