Mr. Bill Johnston, repair tech arrived on time, started repair immediately. He had spring needed in truck. He replaced professionally, politely and quickly. He advised me of some previous damage on door and gave estimates for total door replacement. The gentleman who came to my house was wonderful, very professional. My problem is with scheduling. I had a morning appointment that was booked two days before. I received a call it needed to be rescheduled from 2-4. No one arrived so I called, they said it had been changed to 2-6 with no notice. You have a real problem having a call center and not having local people with Precision handle appointments. They are your front line to the customer. I should know, I’m a partner in a consumer and business to business market research company.
