You were referred by a neighbor and owner of Highland Homes Group, Scott Shamburger. The initial sales appointment and measure was with Christopher Brown, he was very professional, knowledgeable and left no questions unanswered. The install was by Jonathon Reeves. He called ahead, arrived on time, worked in very hot and humid conditions without a break and completed the job in a timely manner. He walked me through the operating procedure and showed me the difference in a first rate garage door and the old one I had. I have already and will definitely continue to recommend your company. Our technician, Jonathan Reeves was very knowledgable and professional. He called for permission to arrive early for the appointment and quickly diagnosed the problem. He answered all our questions (more than once) and offered several solutions. Since Precision Door Service had the parts we needed (springs) and new opener we wanted in stock, he was able to complete the job the same day. We would definitely recommend this company and this technician. The Saturday hours are a plus as well.

On Monday, I had -what I thought- was a problem w/my garage door not closing. I called and spoke with a representative who took my information and scheduled a service call. Tech's got out there right on time and moved a cord and the garage door started working. That cost me $50.00. I wish someone would have done some trouble shooting with me before sending a tech out. I could have fixed that.

Still waiting on part. Technician was out on Friday before Memorial day and said he had to order a part. As of Wed. I hadn't heard anything so I called and they said part had not come in yet. It is Saturday the 3rd and I haven't heard anything so I am in limbo. Hopefully it will be in next week. Very small part very large price. LOL

Jonathan Reeves was awesome. He came the same day and checked my broken garage door, did the estimate and I decided to buy and install a new door. So happy I did it. Today Jonathan Reeves and Emanuel Striveson came and installed. It looks very good, better than I expected. Is very silent and the outside key pad will be a life saver.

Very happy with the job John performed. I considered doing it myself, and John gave me the information I would have needed by answering all my questions. Realizing that, even though door springs installation isn't brain surgery, Lacking the experience I could have done more damage than repairs.
