Called Precision Door Service mid-morning and they had a Technician here at noon. The Tech name was Kirby and he did an outstanding job in diagnosing the problem and potential options. Called the other guys and they said it would be 4 days before they would have a tech in my area. Precision got a tech there in just 2 hours!! And the tech they sent (Kirby Reeves) was nothing short of AMAZING. He was totally dedicated to getting my garage door set up correctly (after the other guys put the wrong springs on it and ignored several serious defects requiring immediate attention). I went with Precision's "Better" package to get upgraded parts and a lifetime warranty. My garage door now operates better than it did when it was brand new.
