Allred to ha e garage door service iced do to it would open all by itself at various times or the day. Tech came out and said he couldn't do anything because he didn't bring his device to reset the frequency on the door. I was charged a service fee for doing nothing.

We were very pleased with the service Jordan Pilgrim provided to us today. Jordan was very knowledgeable, respectful and kind during his service call. My husband asked several questions and Jordan was able to answer them all without hesitation. Jordan was efficient and knows his job very well. Excellent service on short notice. The garage door malfunctioned very noisily right after I pulled into the garage and tried to close it. The door was hanging half off the track right over my car. After removing the car to a safer location, I called Precision for help and they came through big time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else needing assistance.

The service performed was to adjust the safety switches that evidently got bumped. The only reason I rated the service as a 3 instead of a five was that he tried to charge a commercial rate. The doors are 9 feet tall, not 10 feet. This should have been conveyed to him before hand as the person taking the order was told that.

Your reprehensive Bill came to my house in Jan. 2022 and took measurement and explained what I should have. He came back with color schemes and all materials were ordered. My purchase was colonial shutters and accordion shutters that were installed in June 2022 very professional done and I was shown how to close all shutters. I made the mistake of not paying attention about the roll down front door shutter and I called to have someone show me how to do it. The crew came the other night after a job they finished and I was embarrassed when they showed me that all I had to do was turn the long arm that they had attached to my wall next to the door very simple. They were extremely nice about it. I am very grateful for their service and Recommend them to all.
