Our cars were trapped in a garage that wouldn't open due to a broken spring. The Mobile office sent a technician quickly the next day. Scott texted and called that he was on his way. He was very respectful and gave us various options to repair the garage door. He repaired everything quickly, and we are so happy with the service we received.

The technician was positive, energetic and ready for service! He wore a mask for safety. I explained to him what I needed/was looking for and he immediately informed me of my choices. Within minutes I was given a quote and advised what to expect. Great customer service! I would highly recommend Precision!!

My tech was prompt, let me know ahead of time that he was on his way and sent a picture of himself, so I would know for sure who was at my door. He did all he could to get my garage door motor running, but it had been disabled by an electrical surge caused by the storm. He gave me 2 options, a new one or repair by the end of the month (which was half the price) with a 1 year gurantee. I chose the latter. I was very satisfied with his ability and professionalism.
