From the quick response to a service call to the text with the info about the service tech coming to your home, Precision is all about customer service! Dylon and his trainee were friendly yet professional. Dylon did our major work a few years ago and remembered everything that was done before. He knew right away what to adjust. Turned out to be a small issue. If you have a garage door. Precision needs to be in your list of contacts if/when you need repairs or a new door! You will be happy with the results.

Use precision once before and I appreciate the explanation on what needed to be done and why at that time on a 20 year old garage door. Door sensors were replaced this time. They were part of the bigger repair the first time I just hope they last a little longer this time. Both times I like the way the techs went about their business.
