My garage door stopped working and I contacted Precision Door Service. Isaiah came to my home and evaluated the garage door and explained what needed to be done to repair it. He was very professional and provided estimates for the options that I could choose from. I chose the rebuild option that comes with a 10-year warranty. He completed the job in less than two hours. I recommend this service.

We were very pleased with the prompt service we received for what was a minor problem we should have caught. We were concerned about trying to do the steps we thought we would have to do to fix the problem. The service man was very patient as I wrote down what had happened and why so we could watch for it in the future. I have recommended your company to a friend and she called and received the same excellent service. Thank you entire staff including the woman who took our call at about 4 mins, to 5 one day.

Your residential technician, Matthew Long, called stating he was on his way to my appointment. Upon his arrival he introduced himself and presented his business. After listening to my concerns, he immediately identified the concerns and potential problems, which creates serious safety hazards involving the door. Mr. Long was very pleasant, well groomed and very knowledgeable of the subject. Results: I purchased a new garage door. Looking forward to the new installation! Thank you, Matthew.
