Excellent response time and service. I made 1 call and had technicians at my house within 2 hours. The repair was completed within an hour and the door was back in service with a lifetime warranty on parts/labor. Can't beat that and the piece of mind that comes from knowing that any problems in the future are covered. Great job Van and Emmanuel, courteous, professional and efficient. Highly recommended.

Quick courteous service. Chris showed up earlier than scheduled and did an outstanding job. He was very professional and corrected everything that was wrong with our garage door opener. We used Precision Door in the past and they certainly earned our future business. This time, we had a new opener motor, wall button, car buttons, outside panel installed. Travis called in advance and arrived on time. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The work was performed perfectly. Travis took the time to explain how to operate the equipment and to call if we have any questions. The garage door is super quiet and operated better than new.

My Service Tech was on time and called 15 minutes prior to arriving. He was professional and courteous. When asked if Precision Door Service offered a discount for Military Retirees, the Tech responded "absolutely, anything for our Veterans. He reduced my bill $49.00. Thank You for providing such a wonderful technician to repair my garage door. He also tuned and lubed my door which it now runs smoother than when purchased new.
