Jason was so very nice and cordial and explained exactly what he needed to do to repair my door. He used "precision" and skill to repair it to my satisfaction. I cannot say enough good things about him! The contractor who built my home recommended your company (Thank goodness). I cannot get the star button to respond, but I would give ya'll a 5++.

Justin came very quickly and inspected our door and gave us 3 levels of service. Once we decided, he went to work and finished within an hour. Our door works great and I could not be happier as we really needed the service fast. He was just great and friendly and did not put pressure on which level of service to select. I would always give him 5 stars!!

Jason installed a new garage door opener for me today. He seems to be very experienced, answered all my questions and gave me a great overview of my new equipment. Mr. Boes and Mr. Able came at the appointed time and installed new garage panels in a timely manner. While they were here, the operator motor malfunctioned and we were able to come to an amicable solution. They did an excellent job with installing the panels and the new operator motor.

Did a great job diagnosing the problem I had and offered me several options to fit my budget!! 10 STAR SERVICE!!!! I recently had A LOT of work done to my garage door. They are THE BEST in the business!! Very professional. The picture of the technician they were sending was actually the guy that showed up, imagine that! He showed up in uniform, with a company truck that was easily recognizable. And get this He actually called and narrowed the time of arrival down before he came!!! Now I will agree they are not the cheapest you can find. But the cheapest doesn't offer same day service and transferable lifetime warranties. These guys know what they are doing; and they do it very well! I will be calling them again when I enclose my carport. Thanks Jason!

5 star rating>>> I opted for a door "overhaul" which included 4 new springs, neoprene rollers and roller reinforcing brackets. The installation exceeded my expectations and the door now functions exceptionally better than before the overhaul. It is very quiet as compared to before the overhaul. I would highly recommend their service. Very professional.

I had windows put in my garage door; very happy with job Precision Door Service did. Jason was my technician. Jason called to confirm he was on his way, got my idea of what I wanted. He did not try to sell me on anything, just paid attention to my concerns. He came on Monday, said he had to order window and it would be here Friday or Saturday. But this morning (next day) he called to say it had arrived and he could put it in today. Jason was very nice and professional. I recommend Precision Door Service.

The guys at Precision Overhead Garage Door Service were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. They fixed my garage door in about an hour, and it operates so quietly. I like the outside combination keypad they installed as well. I'm especially happy with them, because they gave me a lifetime warranty. Garage door spring and cables were broken. Could not get car out of garage. Called Precision and two techs were at my home within an hour. They worked for two hours and repaired everything. Great, prompt,courteous service. Five stars for this company.

Justin Ables was our technician. He called while on his way and was on time. He was polite and knew what he was doing. He explained in detail what he needed to do to get our garage door back working. He gave us three choices and did not try and pressure us into the most expensive one (although that is the one we chose.) He answered our questions. He quickly got to work and had our garage door back working, just like new!
