Called Precision Door Service mid-morning and they had a Technician here at noon. The Tech name was Kirby and he did an outstanding job in diagnosing the problem and potential options. Based on his expertise and recommendations, I decided to install a new Garage Door Opener. Kirby had the new Unit on his truck and quickly and efficiently installed the new Unit. He also took time to expertly explain the operation and functions of the new Opener. I appreciate his work and professionalism.

Door stuck open on my storage unit on a Friday afternoon around 4:30 pm. Called Precision after 5:00 pm and they had a technician on site by 6:00 pm. The best part of this experience is that our garage door works again. The overall process is the most unique I have ever been involved with in that I have never previously changed the tire on service providers truck before today. The technician was courteous but never introduced himself so I cannot reference him by name. I think his flat tire had just gotten the best of him. Anyway, the technician showed up on time and I have a working door. I am grateful to Precision and their commitment to prompt service.

Kirby, the technician was thorough in determining the problem with my garage door. It ended up being a short circuit which he fixed. He explained everything so that I understood what he was doing. The door now works great with the remotes as well as the control panel.
