MIxed review - the technician was great - the company and the interaction with my warranty company was a complete disaster. I will never allow this company to service any of my issues again. They reported an incorrect cause of failure to the warranty company which caused a denial, they then told me that they called the warranty company and resolved that situation and that the warranty company was going to pay them the claim $499 and they would reimburse me. I have wanted 6 weeks for this to be handled and on calling today Precision now claims they have no record of that situation (like I made up the call that I received) and the warranty company has closed the claim. Neither will do ANYTHING to make this right for me as a customer. Each says it's the others problem or my problem to deal with - amazing customer service.

We had a really awesome experience with Precision. They were recommended by several friends in the Mobile area. Our Fix It man Chris was great. He fixed an issue with a broken spring and frayed wires. Knew what he was doing and explained everything he did. Not only the repair but the safety of garage doors in general. Garage door opener stopped after storm power surge, I used internet search to find garage door service and saw 3 in my area. Travis and Isaiah were courteous, professional, diagnosed the problem and presented options and why it occurred.
