Tech arrived early. Very knowledgeable & efficient. I had expected only an estimate since it was Saturday. He had everything I needed on his truck and set right to work. My Service Tech was on time and called 15 minutes prior to arriving. He was professional and courteous. When asked if Precision Door Service offered a discount for Military Retirees, the Tech responded "absolutely, anything for our Veterans. He reduced my bill $49.00. Thank You for providing such a wonderful technician to repair my garage door. He also tuned and lubed my door which it now runs smoother than when purchased new. I would recommend your Company to anyone needing garage door service or installation and rate you at a 5+. Thank You.

After we found Precision Doors listed in the phone book we checked out the company's excellent website and decided to call them in to repair our garage door which had a broken spring. I called Precision doors for a quote to replace both of my garage doors and add 2 garage door openers. The technician (Michael) talked me through all of my options and gave me the quote within minutes and also stated that they had what they needed in stock and could return the next day to install. They installed everything within a few hours and walked me through how everything worked and even programmed the door openers to my vehicle. This job could not have been any better from start to finish. Everything looks and works great. Thanks guys for a job extremely well done!

I called for service at 7:45a the day after Christmas for my garage door that would not open. The call was answered by a human, no robots, and I was setup for an appointment by 8:45a. I called Precision Door Thursday 12/15/20016 because of an issue with our old garage door. A technician replied qiuckly with a time he be at my home. He arrived promply and was professional and courteous. He recommended due to the age of the door, that replacement of the unit would be to our best intrest. Within an hour technicians were on their way with the new door. Within a couple hours the new unit was installed, I was made aware of how to operate the new controls and walked through my warranty. The technicians cleaned the area before they left. All and all a very good experience and will use them for future needs.
