I had a precision door opener installed about three months ago and was having a problem with all of the remotes not opening the door. I called and someone came out the same day and resolved the problem. Very good service.

The technician was punctual, but...after he left, there was an issue discovered. I called the company and immediately got an appt for that same evening for a specific tweak that was needed. These techs were also punctual and in no time had corrected the issue. All were courteous no matter it being first thing in the am or the end of day pm. First visit was a 4 star. 2nd visit was a 5 star.

This is actually a combination of two reviews. I first came into contact with Chris Brown on 07-06-2018 at which time he replaced a broken spring, along with a few other hardware replacements on my garage door. The repair worked perfectly. Then yesterday, 08-13-2018, I noticed that the garage door was not opening completely. I immediately contacted Precision Door Service and their response was to have Chris Brown return within a couple of hours. He arrived, once again, exactly as they had said he would. Upon arrival he immediately noticed that one of the brackets near the top of the door had come partially loose. He quickly reattached the bracket and the door now functions perfectly again. I must say that I am impressed by the quick response both times to my request for service. On both occasions, Chris was professional and informative. I am very satisfied with both the individual (Chris) and company response.

Had a new Precision controller installed. It works very well and has a lot of features that our old Chamberlain Whisper Quiet controller. Shaun, our service Representative, was prompt courteous and efficient. He arrived a couple of hours after we called and had it installed in an hour and a half.

An hour later, my new - and much quieter - opener was installed, with a new wall button and outdoor keypad. Chris explained the operation and ensured that all was well before he left. They contacted me early afternoon & had the repair scheduled between 4-6:00 the same day. I got an email listing the field personnel available and who was assigned to do my repair. The assigned repair person got held up on a job and another person contacted me to let me know they would be later than expected. He came, did the work, & finished very timely and was very friendly. Very impressed they went over & beyond !!

Chris Brown came to my house and didn't waste any time getting to work. He showed me exactly what was wrong with our door and replaced everything with brand new parts in a quick fashion. Once again Precision is the Best! Chris knew exactly what was wrong with my garage door. The door would not stay closed or close on demand. Although it was a simple fix Chris knew immediately. I also asked if he had a new weather strip/seal for the bottom of the door with him. He did and replaced the seal quickly. Chris is very polite and professional. This is his third visit and I was relieved to see him drive up.

MIxed review - the technician was great - the company and the interaction with my warranty company was a complete disaster. I will never allow this company to service any of my issues again. They reported an incorrect cause of failure to the warranty company which caused a denial, they then told me that they called the warranty company and resolved that situation and that the warranty company was going to pay them the claim $499 and they would reimburse me. I have wanted 6 weeks for this to be handled and on calling today Precision now claims they have no record of that situation (like I made up the call that I received) and the warranty company has closed the claim. Neither will do ANYTHING to make this right for me as a customer. Each says it's the others problem or my problem to deal with - amazing customer service.

We had a really awesome experience with Precision. They were recommended by several friends in the Mobile area. Our Fix It man Chris was great. He fixed an issue with a broken spring and frayed wires. Knew what he was doing and explained everything he did. Not only the repair but the safety of garage doors in general. I was very impressed with the service call as it was timely,efficient and done by Shaun in a professional manner. I always talk to the technician on any service call I get about the company they work for because that tells you more about a company than anything else will.
