OMG! What a difference. The whole concept of the spring system is astonishing. Less dangerous, and so efficient. Service was provided on the day that I contacted Precision -- and the service technician, Kinsman Knight, was polite, informative, and most helpful (we had to move a lot of junk around). Very good and quick service. Called at 9am and they were at my house by 11:15am. It was a bit pricey. The technician was at my house for about 20 min with no parts needed and very little labor and it was $174.

Precision Door was recommended to me by Mr David Lowery. I am really please with the quality of your employees. When Kinsman came to give me an estimate I was really impressed. I asked for a week to decide and called the next day. When Ross called to let me know that the estimate was incorrect I was impressed again. Having only seen pictures of my doors I was Leary of the quality but you came through. From a customer-service perspective this is truly the best company I have dealt with in YEARS. Twice now they have come to our rescue, and BOTH times I have finished the transaction feeling like a 'valued customer' who just got a wonderful deal, for exceptional service. Very satisfied with service. Mike the technician was able to quickly diagnosis the issues and provided us with options for the repair. Since our equipment was a little dated, we opted for replacement of some of the parts. The work was done quickly and professionally. We had one minor issue with some old wiring after the technician left. The technician returned the next day and fixed the issue. I will definitely call Precision again if we have a problem.

I called your office and set up a service call for the next day (Friday, January 29, 2016). The technician was Kinsman. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He was on time, gave me several options for my door repair, and did the repair I chose in an efficient, timely manner. I was able to pay on site with my corporate credit card, eliminating billing, etc. I am very, very pleased, and will most definately recommend your business to my friends and business acquaintances.
