Scheduled same-day appointment. Jonathan was very cordial and professional- he arrived earlier than expected and identified himself properly. He discussed every option available without pressuring my decision (although he advised me of personal liability). His work was efficient and thorough. Just a little shocked about the sticker price, but overall I can't complain.

The service provided to repair the broken spring on the garage door was superior. The customer service was by far the best I had experienced in quite some time. The door was examined to determine what the issue was, then I was provided with a thorough review of what my options were to resolve the problem. Kirby was very professional and when I open my door he told me who he was and hand my a business card with the company information on it. He immediately went to my garage and started looking at the problem that I was having with my garage door and started informing my of what I would need to fix my garage door. He did give me three different quotes they were good better and best. Once I had decide on which option I was going to choose he started right away fixing the problem. I have used your company before and I would definitely recommend your company and I would call for service again if I had a problem. My original problem was a broken spring but there were several parts of my garage door that needed to be replace and Kirby explained to me why it would be important for me to correct those issues. I did not feel pressured by Kirby and I felt that he gave me the time that I needed to make a decision on repair my garage door. Thank you for such a quick response to my call.
