Hello, Had one of your Technicians come out to Tell me I needed a whole new opener with a cost of $500+, had someone come out 10/24/17 & they fixed it for $80 by adjusting the limits!!! So I had to pay your Company $50 to tell me to spend $500+!!! Sad, SMH!!!! Thank You Tammy Moses

The technician could have told me something was broken and I wouldn't have known the difference but instead performed the service at no charge due to it being under a warranty I wasn't aware of. This shows the integrity and the reason for this company being a 5star business.

I looked up “Garage Door Repair” on Google and of all the hits I got, Precision Door Service ad best fit my needs. My 15 year old garage doors had come loose from the wall and would not open. I called Precision Door service at 9 AM and they had a service technician at my house at 12 noon. He came from Mobile, Al to my house which is about 60miles away. We assessed the problem and decided replacement of the doors would be the best option. He called the office in Mobile and they had the doors in stock and installed them the next day. Jonathan and Kirby did an outstanding and professional job. Thank you PDS

I was looking for someone to repair an old garage door and your TV ad caught my attention as it stated you could fix any door and would come in a short amount of time. We had a broken spring and the opener was on its last legs and very noisy. Emanuel arrived when scheduled, overhauled our garage door and installed a whisper quite opener, set up the remotes for both cars and the outdoor keypad in short order. Outstanding service and great value.

Each employee of Precision Door Service with whom I spoke was always pleasant, courteous and efficient. My existing, inoperable 35 year old garage door was replaced with a new one. Replaced an existing opener that just needed a coupler but decided to upgrade. Chris did a great job on the install. Unit is quiet but it doesn't trip the light when door is open like I'm used to so that's a disappointment. Haven't had a belt drive before so I will be interested to see how it holds up. Everyone at the company were professional and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thanks.
