Chris and his team did amazing work. They arrived promptly at 2 and were very professional and courteous. The original problem was a broken spring, but they ended up fixing the rollers since those were about to break as well. He walked me through all of the available options and the repair process. He even fixed the motor mount for no additional charge. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

Precision was recommended by a trusted friend. I immediately knew that I would receive quality service. I really did. Chris the technician and his assistant were on time, courteous and professional. They began to troubleshoot the garage door and informed my husband and I of the issues in order for us to make an intelligent decision about the problem. Installation and clean up was timely. It’s a quiet Belt drive garage opener. Love it. One day professional service was unexpected. Yay.????????and we’re pleased with Precision!! Lifetime warranty!!

The guy came early. My appointment was between 2--4. He got here a little after 1. Garage door repair -- works like brand new. He did a fine job. I like the smaller remote control for the door. He explained about it being guaranteed for 5 years.

John and Joe did a fantastic job. They were courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone. Our old garage door motor/opener collapsed from the ceiling today. I called Precision and they sent John and Joe out right away. They had everything replaced and working again in less than 2 hours.

We have used your company before and was well satisfied with the service. So much so that we referred you to our daughter, which you also did work for. This time the repair was for a golf door repair. I would rate you a 5 and also use you again if needed.

Precision Doors installed the system approximately 5 years ago. I was so umpressed with how quick and efficient they were. The system has worked perfectly but recently malfunctioned. I would not think of calling anyone other than Precision. Rhe tech called to tell me he would be a few minutes late. He immediately diagnosed the problem then fixed it. I was well pleased with the service. Very good company with well trained employees.

Everything went smoothly from the time I first called and explained my problem through the time the technician fixed the garage door. It is so nice to have "no drama" from a service company! The communication update texts were informative and the technician arrived as scheduled. Chris did a great job and we thank you for your great service!

I was very impressed with the professional attitude and quick response from the company. It took less than 15 minutes to correct the situation and the technician even showed us some steps to take so that the door will operate more efficiently. We will call Precision if we need any more assistance. And rest assured, their prices are reasonable.

Austin the service tech was at my house within a half hour of my requesting a service call. As with everyone I have dealt with at Precision Doors from Travis who installed the door last year to today’s service Austin was on time, personable and communicative and quick in assessing what needed to be done. After explaining the problem to me fixed it quickly. Among all the local firms with which I deal I rate Precision Doors the most customer focused and #1 in customer service

I cut the wire to my electric gate on Friday. I found good reviews on your website, friendly response to set up the repair. Updates on email and text kept me informed on repair. Add “Gate Reapir” to your Service options. Travis did a great job.

The tech was a good guy and helped me decide to replace the motor, track, etc. The only issue is that he speaks very softly which was a problem for my wife.

I was so impressed with the response time from my initial contact. Within minutes I had an appointment for the same day. Communication was excellent from a phone call stating when the service tech would be there to a identifying photo and text from the service tech. When the tech arrived he was courteous and efficient, he completed the job and explained everything clearly for how to use the new key pad and remotes.. I am so impressed with the excellent job completed and fantastic customer service.
