Precision Doors installed the system approximately 5 years ago. I was so umpressed with how quick and efficient they were. The system has worked perfectly but recently malfunctioned. I would not think of calling anyone other than Precision. Rhe tech called to tell me he would be a few minutes late. He immediately diagnosed the problem then fixed it. I was well pleased with the service. Very good company with well trained employees.

I was so impressed with the response time from my initial contact. Within minutes I had an appointment for the same day. Communication was excellent from a phone call stating when the service tech would be there to a identifying photo and text from the service tech. When the tech arrived he was courteous and efficient, he completed the job and explained everything clearly for how to use the new key pad and remotes.. New door installed on a Saturday. Installers left for another job, but door would not close completely! Needed to open and close door manually for next two days Had to call Monday to have another tech correct the problem.

Had to have the tension springs replaced. Kirby called and said he could come an hour earlier than scheduled so that I didn't have to wait all day. He explained exactly what he was going to do and the potential problems that could occur if the job was not done right. He showed me what he did after he completed the work. He was very professional.
