Door stuck open on my storage unit on a Friday afternoon around 4:30 pm. Called Precision after 5:00 pm and they had a technician on site by 6:00 pm. Technician was courteous and knowledgeable and fixed my door in less than an hour. I was very impressed with the entire team at Precision. I will use them again and recommend them to my friends.

The best part of this experience is that our garage door works again. The overall process is the most unique I have ever been involved with in that I have never previously changed the tire on service providers truck before today. The technician was courteous but never introduced himself so I cannot reference him by name. I think his flat tire had just gotten the best of him. Anyway, the technician showed up on time and I have a working door. I am grateful to Precision and their commitment to prompt service.

Kirby, the technician was thorough in determining the problem with my garage door. It ended up being a short circuit which he fixed. He explained everything so that I understood what he was doing. The door now works great with the remotes as well as the control panel.

I would say a 5 star rating. Chris was very professional, on time and very personable. He was called to come and set out garage door openers so that we could get our new vehicles in the garage Chris is a darn good salesman. He left with a contract for 3 new garage doors and complete systems. I called about 3 pm today for an appt and they had Chris here by 5pm. I would call that good service. I own a Mortgage Company and I would be thrilled with an employee like Chris.

Chris was scheduled to come, and he called a asked if he could come early, which was great, then he got here and was super nice and informative, did the job quickly and flawlessly, then taught us how to use the keypad (he was VERY patient and helpful as I asked him to explain it to me several times.) We love our new QUIET garage door opener! Give Chris a big fat raise, he was WONDERFUL! Our cats liked him, too
