When the tech arrived he was courteous and efficient, he completed the job and explained everything clearly for how to use the new key pad and remotes.. Bobby called and told me he was running a little late, but said he would be here between and 8:45 and 9am which he was and that was in the middle of the window that had been given to me of 8-10. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Took heim about 15 or 20 minutes and the problem was solve. He also explained a noise that I hear every once in a while and told me not to worry. Even fabricated some metal sensor holders on the spot, that work much better than what came with the original garage door (which was not installed by Precision).
