Technician showed up this morning to perform the services that we ordered did not have the equipment to do the job had to leave the job would not given us a return date of when he would have the equipment to fix the problem
Due to the junction boxes for power being higher then expected it made it unsafe to reach with a ladder. Upon speaking with the customer he understood and was satisfied. Issue was reviewed with Emanual to call the office and move job to hold so that reviews like this could be alleviated. He was instructed by the office to close the job out but was later reviewed with the office that this was not protocol and will not happen again in the future. The fire chief did understand it was not safe to get to the junction box with a ladder and had no problem rescheduling.

The guys that came out to do the service call were very professional ,They were confident that they could do the job. The guys did their inspection of the job and gave me an estimated price ( when I called in as well as upon the visit I told them that it was too replace the wood package on the door).the guys gave me a quote on the price, I asked if he was sure that they looked at the complete job and everything else was fine (I was told and I quote "Sir I do this everyday We have checked everything") I agreed to have the job done. The next day when the service tech came out to complete the work ( I took It upon on myself to remove the Vinyl siding around the door opening to ensure that it did not need to be replaced). The service Tech asked if they looked at the job because they did not quote me a price for enough wood. I told him that I removed the siding that morning to see for myself If the 2 X 4 YP did not need to be replaced an they needed to be replaced. he said that he was sorry that I was not told about having to replace the 2 X 4 X 8 YP , but he would get me a price. As a customer I don't like being told the day of service about an additional price when I already in too the job.Other then that small problem everything else was Great. (I did not see Senior discount on invoice)
Thank you very much for the feedback Mr. Cunningham. We are always looking for ways to improve our customer service experience and this detailed response will help insure a more efficient encounter for future customer needs. Your concern will be addressed and if you have any questions please contact us. We look forward to doing business with you in the future!

We had an old, poorly maintained garage door and opener which basically quit working. We called Precision at about 2:30 pm and there was a tech. here at 5:00 pm. The problem was quickly assessed and a variety of solutions offered. We chose to replace the door and the day after the service call the door was replaced. The door was much heavier than the old one so the opener would not lift it, we decided to replace that also. Great service, great people, great job!
Thank you for the feedback Mr Struchtemeyer. Joseph works really hard to maintain a high standard of customer service so we will make sure he hears about your review. Please continue to call us for all of your garage door needs!

On the service side (both from my first call in and the technician that came onsite), I give Precision 5 stars! All three employees I dealt with were very professional, super quick to help and dedicated to total customer satisfaction. Very impressed! So why 4 stars? While the service pricing was reasonable, especially for the level of service, I also purchased a new piece of equipment that was unrelated. They charged me more than double the amount I would have paid for it anywhere else. ($125 vs $55). That is a little annoying but I had already agreed to the overall estimate before I realized that price discrepancy. The moral of the story is great company to do service level business with but maybe check the price of new equipment before agreeing to anything.
Thank you for the feedback on this. We had a manager reach out to ensure this situation was not only resolved but didn't happen again. There were two different lm828 gateways in the Service Titan price book. One was 75.00 and the other was 125.00. Technician was unaware he had selected the wrong model. We have since taken care of the issue in the price book and immediately requested a refund to our billing department. Management reached out to involve you in a solution. We were happy to hear the steps we took to resolve the issue were in line with your expectations of how business should be done. We look forward to working for you in the future and look forward to keeping you in the Precision family.
