Dear Bobby, My husband and I first learned of your company, Precision Door Service, from a great neighbor, 2 doors west of our house. She gave me the name and phone no. of the business, so I called right away since we had a very troublesome problem ( not being able to open our garage door!). Having health problems at an elderly age with lots of appointments made everything suddenly seem like a disaster and it was! The magic technician, Dylan, came very quickly to our aid. He analyzed everything very quickly and told us we did not need a new door, but a new motor and controls, and some modifications to the way the door tracks hung from the ceiling. It had been a mess, all angled and scary looking. By the time Dylan finished everything, it all looked brand new. He answered all our questions and made sure we got what we needed. He was so very fair and honest and to tell you the truth, my husband and I just absolutely loved him.!!! He took care of us. I understand that he did the work on our neighbors garage door ( to the east of us, and put in a hurricane door!) So if anyone asks us, we will tell the truth. You all are just a great company and my spirits were lifted greatly last Friday when you guys took care of Jack Cameron and me (Pat Cameron).. Thanks so much, Mrs. Pat Cameron

I had Precision remove and reinstall a door into a detached garage in Huntsville. I was visiting my mother in Fairhope and she had a problem with her door. Since I had a used Precision before, they were the first people I called. They came the same day at the appointment time, diagnosed the problem and did the necessary repair. The installers were friendly and professional and did the work in less than an hour.

My garage door main spring broke after 27 years. Called my son to see if he new who I could call. He said to call Precision because they had done good work on his neighbors garage door and for several other people in his neighborhood. I called Precision and had an appointment set up for just 2 hours from the time I called. Within 30 minutes the technician called back and said he was within 10 minutes from my house, would it be OK if he came by early. I said yes, and an hour later my garage door was running like new!!! I do recommend Precision and will call them if I need anything else for my garage door.

Shawn also explained all the options regarding the door repairs and improvements, including the applicable warranties. Chris and his team did amazing work. They arrived promptly at 2 and were very professional and courteous. The original problem was a broken spring, but they ended up fixing the rollers since those were about to break as well. He walked me through all of the available options and the repair process. The guy came early. My appointment was between 2--4. He got here a little after 1. Garage door repair -- works like brand new. He did a fine job. I like the smaller remote control for the door. He explained about it being guaranteed for 5 years.
