They came out to troubleshoot garage door problem. They installed new Lift Master opener and nylon rollers. Cameron and Richard did a great job and were super nice. They even programmed both vehicles and touch pad. Job well done. Thank you very much. I would recommend PRECISION DOOR SERVICE for all your garage door needs.

We are an existing customer and have called Precision in the past. This opener system came with our new Adams home about 6 yrs ago and we've had several issues over the years. The repair would have cost half of what a new system cost so we decided to go with a new. There was no pressure to go this route and both repair techs were very professional. They promptly took care of everything. We are very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them. The office was very prompt in setting up the appointment too.

Nicolas did a great job of repairing my door and letting me know all the options that were in front of me. He wasn’t pushy what so ever and explained the pros and cons of everything. He said he’s only been doing this a few months but he carried himself like a 20 year veteran in the industry.

Nick and William are excellent representatives for your company. They are very nice and knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently to install our new garage door opener system after our old system was fried from lightning. 5 stars to each of them!

Conscientious, competent installer. Gave several options and explained his rationale. Took his time despite stifling heat and made it all work. Didn’t try to upsell. More expensive than expected but I feel it was worthwhile.

Jacob was 3 minutes early, very pleasant to work with, and gave an honest analysis of the issues. He did not pressure me when he gave me three options. The price was fair and the warranty is excellent!

Nick the technician was super. He was efficient with performing a review. Of my existing system. While he tried to reserve my current system, I determined that the cost was not efficient so he worked out a plan to upgrade to a new garage door opener with all the new whistles and bell that would best serve me. Nock installed the new system in about 2 hours and he demonstrated how everything function. I really appreciated his kindness , expertise and smartness. He was very courteous and careful. Thanks for such a good job please let him know how I feel about his service. Janetta Jones
