Jacob and his helper were very professional and went right to work replacing the rubber on the bottom of the door and then replacing the roller to lift the garage door. They arrived a little early, which was good for me. The technician was very knowledgeable about every question I asked him. I would rate 5 stars today.

I am very impressed with the service provided by Precision Door Service of Mobile. I called late on a Tuesday night, immediately spoke to a representative, scheduled an appointment for Thursday. The service technician called to let me know he was available to come a little early, which he did. He was very respectfully and genuinely friendly. He identified the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs. I would highly recommend them.

The individuals that set appointments are always cheerful and eager to schedule a technician to address our needs. The usual technician, "Travis", is the best! Travis is friendly, easy going, and a true craftsman. His professional attitude is focused on resolving the door problem at hand. He checks & rechecks all electrical & mechanical door operations until he is satisfied that the door is operating as designed by the manufacturer. Our fife department is completely satisfied with PDS, and we highly recommend PDS!

Precision Door Service replaced our garage door about a year ago. They were very efficient and professional with the installation. Then a few days ago, we had a small issue with a structural problem.
