My tech was prompt, let me know ahead of time that he was on his way and sent a picture of himself, so I would know for sure who was at my door. He did all he could to get my garage door motor running, but it had been disabled by an electrical surge caused by the storm. He gave me 2 options, a new one or repair by the end of the month (which was half the price) with a 1 year gurantee. I chose the latter. I was very satisfied with his ability and professionalism.

Out technician arrived on time and did the job! The garage was repaired in no time. Having said that, after reviewing the invoice, I see charges that may be redundant. By Not seeing the invoice-it hindered my review of it and I believe some charges could have been avoided. Make sure you review the invoice clearly and seeing what's was done will save you money. 1 Star for value 4 Stars for services

I am still waiting for the new door and associated parts to be delivered and installed. The courtesy and assistance in removing the hurricane damaged door off my car and then standing door upright until the new door is received is appreciated. All done by one man. Their courtesy during these trying times was noted as excellent.
