Nicolas did a great job of repairing my door and letting me know all the options that were in front of me. He wasn’t pushy what so ever and explained the pros and cons of everything. He said he’s only been doing this a few months but he carried himself like a 20 year veteran in the industry.

Nick the technician was super. He was efficient with performing a review. Of my existing system. While he tried to reserve my current system, I determined that the cost was not efficient so he worked out a plan to upgrade to a new garage door opener with all the new whistles and bell that would best serve me. Nock installed the new system in about 2 hours and he demonstrated how everything function. I really appreciated his kindness , expertise and smartness. He was very courteous and careful. I rate Precision Garage Door Service with 5 Stars. I appreciate the ease of setting up appointments, such as any time/any day. I damaged one remote, so I had it replaced, and I purchased one extra remote. He also performed the required service. The Service Man explained what I needed to know. I greatly appreciate the prompt and professional service. I have enjoyed this garage door for many years.

I have a new door that had started making a very loud annoying noise. Nicolas Rhodes was the technician who came to evaluate what was causing the noise. He explained to me what was causing the issue and what preventative measures I could use in the future. He took care of the root problem. I appreciate his professionalism.

Fast response to service call. Did not appericate the blind three man service call. Hence the extra charges for two laborers plus the actual one who came to fix it. When I questioned the bill he said all there normal teams were out so they sent three people just in case with the lesser experience. WOW that is not how to win business by overcharging for an extra person your company slid into extra charges. Yes they arrive fast but they bring more people than needed then they charge you for those people.

I called Precision and scheduled an appointment. I was skeptical at first as the call was handled by a corporate call center. Amazingly I got an appointment for the next morning. Antonio and Jonathan called ahead and was right on time! After looking over what I had I was shown three options. I didn’t want to change doors as mines was ok so they gave me a rebuild estimate on the door and everything else was installed new. They went to work and soon I was as good as new and all less than 24 hours! I highly recommend Precision Doors! That is the best and quickest service by the most professional and courteous people I’ve encountered in a long time!
