Great service from Scott - he made you look better because of the inconsistent scheduling. I received an E-Mail scheduling from 12-2 pm and set my day up according to that schedule. Scott‘s schedule showed from 10-12. Looks like one hand didn’t check with the other. Any way Scott showed up early and we were able to work it out this time. Great guy, great service.

Precision more than met my expectations. You arrived a day earlier than I expected, explained my problem to me provided the temporary repair we needed and arranged for a permanent repair after a replacement garage door is available. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and polite/patient not to mention empathetic after I explained the bad day I had been having. He was a terrific young man.

Our garage door came off track (not installed by PDS) & trapped my wife’s vehicle in the garage. I placed a service call to PDS at 8:00a.m. At 2:p.m. Cameron Fontenot showed up to repair. At 3:00p.m. the door was repaired. Cameron was courteous, knowledgeable , professional & efficient! I highly recommend Precision Door Service

On Sat Aug 15 Precision Door sent Tommy Mitchell to our house to check out trouble we were having with our garage door. He was on time, very polite, very knowledgeable and fixed our problem in a very timely manner. Called on a Sat. Power unit came out if ceiling..attached by 1 screw obviously not in studs. Dispatcher rude...offered 5 day service. No appt set. Said do not offer emergency service although web says 24/7. Did not set appt. Next caller set appt. 5day out. Then Kathy tried to charge service fee..was rude. Install error not put in studs.

These Guys are the best. I had them come out 3 months ago to take a look at my VERY LOUD and old garage door. They told me the door and hardware was good but I would really need to replace the opener with a new one. I did and WHAT A CHANGE ! 3 months later I had a small issue with it not closing right. Travis got my garage door back in service within 30 minutes of arrival and provided me with two options for repair and explained what he was doing during the repair. Prior to and post Travis visit the mobile call ahead, text from company with operator picture, and electronic email of invoice after are all signs of a top notch company to do business with. I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone.
