Your prices are very expensive for the amount of time that was spent at the job. Only labor , with no new parts used. Repair guy was there less than 30 minutes and it cost $339.00 for labor, Really? Glad to see someone is making a killing but it wont be off me again. The most expensive car dealers don't charge a 1/3 of that for labor. And this was without any warranty. Will not recommend to anyone I know !

Chris was on time, knowledgeable and replaced the broken tortion spring along with checking all other parts of the garage door operation. He answered all our questions. They responded to call for garage door gasket same day. The Technician was knowledgeable, on-time, and very professional. No work was completed because it will take 5 months to obtain a gasket for the garage door. Estimates were provided for future service and other products. I was not charged a service call fee, because they could not provide the service.

Door was jammed and would not open nor shut. Repair was success. Technician was knowledgeable. Door had never operated correctly from outset. Installed appx. 10mos. prior. I called some 6mos. ago for service , but was ignored. Had it been repaired then problem may not have occurred.

Chris, the technician, was great. Gave me different options to fix my door. Replaced the springs and rollers and installed a new motor security bracket and keypad. Explained everything. Never pressured me to buy anything. And was just an awesome young man. I will highly reccomend your company to anyone looking for service.

There was an electrical storm a couple of weeks ago that damaged one garage door and messed up the safety eyes on the other door. The Precision repairman came out, assessed the situation, explained the alternatives and the costs associated with each, and replaced one motor, re-built that door, and replaced the safety sensors on the other door all in about 2 1/2 hours. He was courteous, efficient, and did a good job. I would recommend this company to anyone with a garage door issue. You will be very satisfied with the service.

Advertising and website is excellent. Services described are accurate. Video convinced me that the technicians are prepared when they arrive. Replaced both broken springs and cables. Garrett, the technician, was efficient, knowledgeable and fast. He made several adjustments to improve the function of the door. All good - highly recommend.
