Shawn, your service technician, did an excellent job of inspecting our doors and ensuring they were in good shape. Then he found a connection issue on one of the doors and corrected that problem. Shawn also explained all the options regarding the door repairs and improvements, including the applicable warranties. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of Shawn's service and I will certainly call upon Precision Door Service for any future repair issues.

I had a new garage door put in on Tuesday, Oct 1st, 2019 by Precision Door Service. The technicians, Mr. Chris Brown and another young man, were very courteous, professional, and knowledgable in replacing my door. They are very hard-working young men and they did a wonderful job. Chris and his team did amazing work. They arrived promptly at 2 and were very professional and courteous. The original problem was a broken spring, but they ended up fixing the rollers since those were about to break as well. He walked me through all of the available options and the repair process. He even fixed the motor mount for no additional charge. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

Precision was recommended by a trusted friend. I immediately knew that I would receive quality service. I really did. Chris the technician and his assistant were on time, courteous and professional. They began to troubleshoot the garage door and informed my husband and I of the issues in order for us to make an intelligent decision about the problem. Installation and clean up was timely. It’s a quiet Belt drive garage opener. Love it. One day professional service was unexpected. Yay.????????and we’re pleased with Precision!! Lifetime warranty!!

The guy came early. My appointment was between 2--4. He got here a little after 1. Garage door repair -- works like brand new. He did a fine job. I like the smaller remote control for the door. He explained about it being guaranteed for 5 years.

Our old garage door motor/opener collapsed from the ceiling today. I called Precision and they sent John and Joe out right away. They had everything replaced and working again in less than 2 hours.

Precision Doors installed the system approximately 5 years ago. I was so umpressed with how quick and efficient they were. The system has worked perfectly but recently malfunctioned. I would not think of calling anyone other than Precision. Rhe tech called to tell me he would be a few minutes late. He immediately diagnosed the problem then fixed it. I was well pleased with the service. Very good company with well trained employees.

Highly recommend Precision got your garage service . They are professional and will send a pic of the techs that will be coming to your home and they have a big sign on their van that I was pleased to see. I was very impressed with the professional attitude and quick response from the company. It took less than 15 minutes to correct the situation and the technician even showed us some steps to take so that the door will operate more efficiently. We cant say enough in this review about how well-mannered and polite the Technician Austin was. He was one of nicest young men that we've met in a long time. He knew what he was doing and we are very pleased with our new much quiter garage door opener, and the excellent service and work that was performed. 5 Stars all day long.
