Out technician arrived on time and did the job! The garage was repaired in no time. Having said that, after reviewing the invoice, I see charges that may be redundant. By Not seeing the invoice-it hindered my review of it and I believe some charges could have been avoided. Make sure you review the invoice clearly and seeing what's was done will save you money. 1 Star for value 4 Stars for services

I am still waiting for the new door and associated parts to be delivered and installed. The courtesy and assistance in removing the hurricane damaged door off my car and then standing door upright until the new door is received is appreciated. All done by one man. Their courtesy during these trying times was noted as excellent.

Precision Door is an excellent company. Arrived on time! Their technician, Jacob Howard, is a professional and outstanding representative of the company. He gave a reasonable quote during the aftermath of "Hurricane Sally". Fortunately he was the tech that again arrived on time for the repair. Totally satisfied with the result. Without question I would rate this company and Jacob on the scale of 1-10 as a 10 plus!

You advertise that you can repair ALL garage door openers. Obviously you can’t. $49.95 service only to be told that you can’t get the parts for mine. Upon further research, the part we need is available online thru “GENIE”. Thanks for nothing. ????

After a number of garage door issues, I contacted Precision about a quote for door replacement. Tommy Mitchell and his assistant Elisha responded. I explained my situation and let them know I had had service from precision in Pensacola to replace a spring then to adjust the door when a cable came off. I further explained that I would prefer to repair me current door rather than buy a new one. Tommy surveyed the door and determined that the springs were incorrect. He corrected several errors by replacing the springs and readjusted the door overall. The door works better now than it has in a very long time. All this was done at no cost to me because of previous mistakes in repair. Tommy Mitchell was absolutely courteous and professional. Elisha was also a fine young man. My thanks to both for there assistance and kindness. Looks as if I will not need a new door right now, but when I do, I will certainly purchase it from Precesion Door in Mobile. Thank you.

My tech was prompt, let me know ahead of time that he was on his way and sent a picture of himself, so I would know for sure who was at my door. He did all he could to get my garage door motor running, but it had been disabled by an electrical surge caused by the storm. He gave me 2 options, a new one or repair by the end of the month (which was half the price) with a 1 year gurantee. I chose the latter. I was very satisfied with his ability and professionalism.
