On January 21st we had an on-site estimate for 2 new wood garage doors. We were supposed to get an estimate the same day. We have called 3 times to get the estimate by email and have not gotten it. Have requested it sent to multiple email addresses. So apparently several weeks later they are so busy we can’t even get an estimate. Not impressed

great install team....the$250 was a surprise and not a nice waytostart the install...you sent a tech out to measure about a month ago...if he found that the opening was off he could have notified me or my builder and the framer would have made adjustments...you should fix this for your future customers...I'll spit it withyou...pls send a check for$125!!!

I had to leave my wife to deal with the repair. When I came home I find that they have sold her two new complete door systems. Everything but new doors them self . A repair that should have been way less then $1000. ends up being almost $2000.00 I would think that if you really care about new and old business you wouldn't have made this big of up sale with just a women there. Will you to deal with this in your own way.

The young man who serviced our garage door opener was very courteous and honest. our remote openers weren't working so he rebooted them. could have talked us into a new motor but didn't. He did advise us that it was old and possibly need to be replaced sometime in the future since it was over 14 years old. Will definitely contact Precision when that time comes.

caught in pickle !!!! garage door would not open and we couldn't get it to open manually !!! went to safari on my phone with inquiry of repair company in mobile and precision garage door service came up.. called and 1st lady said it'd be week to come out. when i explained our situation she made contact with office manager and learned tech was close by and she was able to schedule him within the hour.....considering our problem we purchased everything new from him except the actual door. tech (garrett) was courteous and professional, and most informative about parts and product and giving estimates. we were glad to be able to get the complete work done in same day !!! tech fully explained workings of remotes and motor and safety features before leaving and also gladly got my car sinked to the new system (i'm 70 and not tech minded). very pleased with the company and their work and quality of people involved whether on phone or tech doing the work ...... everything working great and whisper quiet !!! will gladly recommend them far and wide !!!!!!!!!

Your tech was very nice and competent. I really appreciated the text he sent prior to his arrival, I thought that was a nice touch, and gave me comfort with him even before he arrived. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He was there to give me a quote and not an install at that point. Unfortunately the quote was way out of my price range and more that I had thought it would, so I am going to have to resort to installing it myself. I appreciate him coming out and giving me the estimate. Thanks again for you trouble.

WOW! Knock your socks off SERVICE. The first time I used this company it was based on their TV commercial. They did such a good job when I needed service again I would not use anyone else. I chose Precision Overhead Garage Door Service based on previous events in repairing my garage door. They have always done a good job. They were very knowledgeable and repaired/replaced components as needed, and provided maintenance tips to help keep good performance of the door. The serviced performed today was an attempt to stop the door from sticking. It is stuck in the up position. The technician, Shaun Byrd, evaluated the problem. It was determined it would be more beneficial to replace the motor system and the door. The motor is about 10-12 years old and the door was installed in 1986. I agreed with his assessment. He then very patiently showed me the options for my new garage door and explained everything about the process. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.
