I called Precision and scheduled an appointment. I was skeptical at first as the call was handled by a corporate call center. Amazingly I got an appointment for the next morning. Antonio and Jonathan called ahead and was right on time! After looking over what I had I was shown three options. I didn’t want to change doors as mines was ok so they gave me a rebuild estimate on the door and everything else was installed new. They went to work and soon I was as good as new and all less than 24 hours! I highly recommend Precision Doors! That is the best and quickest service by the most professional and courteous people I’ve encountered in a long time!

Service was good but because of a bad design on outside key pad I had to pay $49.95 service call and $89.95 for new designed key pad. Since precision installed a bad designed I should have been given a break on the $49.95 service call.

Dylon and Matt arrived on time as scheduled. (I was able to track their journey to my house, which was helpful.) They listened to my problem (my car ‘button’ was wishy washy when it came to opening my garage door...). After trying the openers (remote and on the wall) they determined that the problem was with my car opener, not the opener itself. The good news: both hand held remotes work all the time, so I’ll keep one in my car until I can have my dealership look into the problem…and hopefully correct with an update! They were professional, personable, and precise! Lon and Matt!

We chose the highest level of insulation because our walls are 6" thick and we didn't want to lose any air conditioning through the doors. Your prices are very expensive for the amount of time that was spent at the job. Only labor , with no new parts used. Repair guy was there less than 30 minutes and it cost $339.00 for labor, Really? Glad to see someone is making a killing but it wont be off me again. The most expensive car dealers don't charge a 1/3 of that for labor. And this was without any warranty. Will not recommend to anyone I know !
