Cameron came on time, knew exactly what he was doing and had my garage door and remote working like a charm in about 30 minutes. He was very courteous and friendly but did not waste time chatting. I am very pleased with the work Precision Door and Cameron did. I highly recommend both the company and Cameron.

Tommy came to our home to give us our free quote. We were super impressed with him and all the information and options that he gave us. He explained everything thoroughly and was very professional and knowledgable on the products. We selected the door that we were able to customize with windows and hardware. Now just waiting for the order to come in and install.

Called on a Sat. Power unit came out if ceiling..attached by 1 screw obviously not in studs. Dispatcher rude...offered 5 day service. No appt set. Said do not offer emergency service although web says 24/7. Did not set appt. Next caller set appt. 5day out. Then Kathy tried to charge service fee..was rude. Install error not put in studs.

These Guys are the best. I had them come out 3 months ago to take a look at my VERY LOUD and old garage door. They told me the door and hardware was good but I would really need to replace the opener with a new one. I did and WHAT A CHANGE ! 3 months later I had a small issue with it not closing right. I had a very sick door and a good friend told me to call Precision Door and I sure am glad I did. Jonathan was here right on time and did a great job giving me my options of what we needed to do to fix my door. After I decided what I wanted Jonathan went to work and now I have a almost new door. I can’t hardly hear it when it goes up or down. Jonathan is a outstanding representative of Precision Door and did a fantastic job, if I ever need you guys again I will ask for Jonathan to be the one to come and take care of my door. Jacob and his helper were very professional and went right to work replacing the rubber on the bottom of the door and then replacing the roller to lift the garage door. They arrived a little early, which was good for me. The technician was very knowledgeable about every question I asked him. I would rate 5 stars today.

I am very impressed with the service provided by Precision Door Service of Mobile. I called late on a Tuesday night, immediately spoke to a representative, scheduled an appointment for Thursday. The service technician called to let me know he was available to come a little early, which he did. He was very respectfully and genuinely friendly. He identified the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs. I would highly recommend them.
