Technician Garett Sutherland arrived on time, immediately inspected the rollers and track, politely pointed out the problem, professionally wrote up options of service, and readily replaced metal rollers with ones made of nylon. What was a loud annoying metal-on-metal roar is now a soft pleasant purr. If I ever require your garage door service again, I shall request Garett. Thank you.

We’ve used Precision Door previously for a garage door install and are interested in storm shutters. The technician that visited today was Billy Boehmer - the visit was good and we are waiting on an estimate. Billy was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. We did not have any garage door issues this visit- the area of service performed does not include shutters.

We were completely satisfied with the work of Precision Door Services. They got us on a schedule in a very timely manner. Travis, the first technician that came out was so courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our problem and gave us the estimate, which we thought was quite fair. On our schedule, Tommy came out a few days later and did the work. Both great jobs!!

I had a new garage door opener installed last year, it was not operating properly. Cameron came by and found it was not installed right. He did a great job to correct the problem. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door, they stand by their product.
