Antonio came because of a service call i made. My working parts were all replaced less than a year ago. Garage door was making a loud popping noise when raised. Of course it did not make that noise while he was here. He replaced my remote battery as well. Two superb guys on your staff!

Got a message and a phone call letting me know the technician was on his way. He checked out my garage door and let me know what the possible cause of my problem had been. He offered other services that I declined at this time. I was pleased with the visit overall and would certainly use Precision again.
