Precision Door Service replaced our garage door about a year ago. They were very efficient and professional with the installation. Then a few days ago, we had a small issue with a structural problem. We also wanted nylon rollers installed. They came out promptly, fixed the issue and now we're like new again. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this company.

Called and needed and estimate to repair garage door. Technician came out the same day and I was able to track him all the way here that was pretty cool. Very nice and professional guy. I contacted Precision because it was the company I have heard of for garage repair.

Jonathan was very sharp and smart. He appeared to be very organized in how to install the garage door and very efficient in his actions. So on that I give him 5 stars. However, neither of them wore masks or gloves. Your website states that they do. Even the first technician that came out to quote only put on a mask after I asked him to. The other two did not wear them to take the door down. My husband and I are very high risk where the virus is concerned, so I would give all of them a 1 for lack of sensitivity . Alabama numbers, especially Mobile, are sky high and folks just "don't get it". Wearing masks, sanitizing what you touch, etc. We are happy with our door and very disappointed in no masks and sanitation.

We recently had Tommy out to our home to diagnose an issue with one of our openers. We, of course, knew our enter system was old but we didn’t realize the extent of the dangers of old springs and in our case bad wiring also. He was very thorough and gave use all options. It wasn’t hard to make our decision to upgrade our enter system. Tommy was very informative and professional. He did an amazing job getting the job done in a timely manor. He was able to the job that day in a few hours. The warranty offered with our new package is unbeatable. We are so happy with the new setup and feel much more safe. Thanks for the excellent job done!

Very professional techs that knew their craft and product lines. Originally called to replace a broken spring but opted for complete replacement of the mechanical parts and also installed new motor and belt drive. The techs called before coming and arrived on time. There may be cheaper options but one usually get what they pay for.

Tommy came yesterday and in no time had diagnosed a few current issues and advised of some things I might have to deal with a bit later. He replaced my door opener, explained everything I needed to know about the new one, programmed my car opener, and ensured that I was completely satisfied. He was respectful and kept social distance to the extent possible. The experience was a pleasure and though I hope I don't need more work anytime soon, if I should, I would definitely call them!
