Lawrence did a great job. Arrived early, explained our options for a new motor, and showed us the areas on the door that needed attention. After service was performed he explained how the updated system works and how to insure our safety if power goes out or if we leave the house for an extended period of time. Excellent professional technician. Highly recommend

The door was installed a few years ago by another company. We have had various problems and the Precision's technician isolated several things that had not been correctly previously installed. Everthing is working tip top now.

We had used a different service before, they charged twice as much as Precision and actually tightened the spring too tight. This is why we went with Precision when we had to replace the lift, and now the spring. Antonio Gilchrist was very pleasant and professional. He also gave good maintenance recommendations that I have never received before. Am definitely giving 5 stars.
