Our technician Richard Jones was as professional as they come. The young man knew the answer to every question I had and literally changed my mind from a temporary fix with a one year warranty to having my door completely redone for the long haul, 10 years. I always want to do things myself and take pride in that as well as I don’t like to pay for something I can do, but his professionalism made me trust him and his ability. Well done young man. Precision door is a great company to have come fix your door problems.

Second time using Precision Door for my garage door needs. First time they came out & replaced a broken spring & it made sense to replace both because of age. Today Precision Door came out as one of my garage door opener motors had problems ( usage & age )& I decided to replace the garage door opener that included : motor, track with belt (instead of old chain technology that was original ) hand opener “clicker”, electric opener for inside garage, eye balls for bottom safety door closure . I was very impressed with Samuel Blocker the Tech that removed old garage door opener & installed the new system. Samuel was very knowledgeable , professional, quick, polite , cleaned up work site & went thru the operating system with me . I was so impressed with Samuel & Precision that we are going to replace the other garage door opener & have it scheduled . Precision’s office was polite & easy to communicate with on phone in setting an appointment ( no need to wait for several days for a Tech to come out like other company’s I’ve tried & give an estimate or “texting “ as a form of communication to potential customers ) & what’s most impressive was that the fact that they were reasonably priced & Samuel did not try to upsell me on anything not needed .. just gave me a few options on garage door openers & made it easy for me to make an informed decision on what worked for our needs ! I would highly recommend Precision Door for all your garage door needs ! Thanks Harvey Callegan Ono Island Orange Beach,AL

My door would not open so I called 3 different companies for service. 2 of the 3 would be 2 days before service but Precision was at my within and hour & a half. A broken spring was the problem. An associate of Matthew's brought the parts and the door repair was completed less than 2 hours. Matthew did a great job. Knowledgeable, polite and ready to discuss Alabama football. ROLL TIDE!

The only company we trust to fix an overhead door problem. Today the problem was larger than we had anticipate. Lawrence explained the situation and gave us options. We agreed on the fix and Lawrence proceed to install a new system, programed the cars to open the door. Oil all the moving parts. Job well done.

Our Service Technician, Matthew, was quite professional and polite. He diagnosed our broken garage door issue quickly, checked the condition of our other garage door and provided several options for replacing operational parts as needed, explaining each clearly. After making a plan choice the ease of making the appointment for replacement was also handled quickly. We would recommend this company for garage door needs.

I originally had an appointment Booked for Saturday Morning between 8am - 1000am November 23rd, to my very pleasant Surprise I got a call from Precision on that Friday Afternoon the Day before, offering me a Slot that was Open for that Friday Evening. I accepted an appointment for 430pm. Joe the Technician arrived and after Checking my Garage Door and diagnosing the problem, Joe explained everything to me, did the repairs and was finished in less than a Half Hour. My Garage Door is now working like New !
