We highly recommend Precision Door Service.We ordered a single 18 ft. door from this company.Emanuel Striveson was our saleman.He was awesome.He helped us picked the right door.Our door is beautiful.Emanuel told us it would take around 6 weeks for the door to come in. About 6 weeks,We got the call to install.The technicians were very professional.They cleaned up everything.We already have a friend that's going to purchase the same door we have.She is just going to get a different color.

Jonathan Hyatt came to my house and knew pretty quickly what was wrong with the garage door. He was very polite and explained what needed to be done as well as the cost of the repair. He fixed the door pretty quickly and made sure it worked to my specifications. I am very pleased with the repair and know who to call should anything else go wrong with the garage door.

The gentleman who came to my house was wonderful, very professional. My problem is with scheduling. I had a morning appointment that was booked two days before. I received a call it needed to be rescheduled from 2-4. No one arrived so I called, they said it had been changed to 2-6 with no notice. You have a real problem having a call center and not having local people with Precision handle appointments. They are your front line to the customer. I should know, I’m a partner in a consumer and business to business market research company.
