We had used a different service before, they charged twice as much as Precision and actually tightened the spring too tight. This is why we went with Precision when we had to replace the lift, and now the spring. Antonio Gilchrist was very pleasant and professional. Our technician Richard Jones was as professional as they come. The young man knew the answer to every question I had and literally changed my mind from a temporary fix with a one year warranty to having my door completely redone for the long haul, 10 years. I always want to do things myself and take pride in that as well as I don’t like to pay for something I can do, but his professionalism made me trust him and his ability. Well done young man. Precision door is a great company to have come fix your door problems.
