Joe Baggett did an excellent job. He explained everything well so that I could understand why the garage door needed a new motor. He went over all options and then I selected the choice that best met my needs. Once the motor was installed he went over everything he did in detail and showed me how to operate the remote. He also set up the remote to work from my car. I appreciate the service he provided. It was excellent.

This company is great. Our garage door spring broke on a holiday. We called them and someone took our information and they came the next day to repair it. (We did not need it to open on the holiday and had a car in the drive.) Cody was great. He even looked up our record to see if the repair fell within our warranty. It did. We did not ask about this, he just offered. Garage opened great when he finished and is even quieter than before. We wouldn’t call anyone else!

This is the second garage door we have had installed. We were pleased with the first on back garage so when we wanted a front garage door we called Precision. Both times the service men were excellent in installation and telling us what we needed to do and watch for. The ladies on the phone were also clear and patient in telling us when and what to expect. Even with a good product, it takes good people caring and doing their best to keep getting business. You also have good ads that advertise a door could be checked to see if it could be safely fixed. This causes trust also
