Our technician Richard Jones was as professional as they come. The young man knew the answer to every question I had and literally changed my mind from a temporary fix with a one year warranty to having my door completely redone for the long haul, 10 years. I always want to do things myself and take pride in that as well as I don’t like to pay for something I can do, but his professionalism made me trust him and his ability. Well done young man. Second time using Precision Door for my garage door needs. First time they came out & replaced a broken spring & it made sense to replace both because of age. Today Precision Door came out as one of my garage door opener motors had problems ( usage & age )& I decided to replace the garage door opener that included : motor, track with belt (instead of old chain technology that was original ) hand opener “clicker”, electric opener for inside garage, eye balls for bottom safety door closure . I was very impressed with Samuel Blocker the Tech that removed old garage door opener & installed the new system. Samuel was very knowledgeable , professional,quick, polite , cleaned up work site & went thru the operating system with me . I was so impressed with Samuel & Precision that we are going to replace the other garage door opener & have it scheduled . Precision’s office was polite & easy to communicate with on phone in setting an appointment ( no need to wait for several days for a Tech to come out like other company’s I’ve tried & give an estimate or “texting “ as a form of communication to potential customers ) & what’s most impressive was that the fact that they were reasonably priced & Samuel did not try to upsell me on anything not needed .. just gave me a few options on garage door openers & made it easy for me to make an informed decision on what worked for our needs ! My door would not open so I called 3 different companies for service. 2 of the 3 would be 2 days before service but Precision was at my within and hour & a half. A broken spring was the problem. An associate of Matthew's brought the parts and the door repair was completed less than 2 hours. Matthew did a great job. Knowledgeable, polite and ready to discuss Alabama football. ROLL TIDE!
