This gentleman was the total package for this job. He was very professional, smart, knew the product inside and out that he installed by himself. I am well pleased with everything that has taken place. Technician, product, price.

We are thrilled with the service we received yesterday. The hard-wired pad on our Lift Master opener would not function after a power surge had tripped the breaker. I thought we needed to replace the pad, so bought a new one online, but it would not function either. It was discovered to be a wiring problem in the wall of the house that the technician quickly solved. No replacement parts needed, just know-how from someone with experience. Time and money well spent.
