When I called Precision Garage Door, they were able to schedule a visit within 24 hours. I was impressed when the technician, Samuel, called me two hours before my scheduled appointment to let me know he was running ahead of schedule and would arrive within the hour. Samuel was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and thorough. He took the time to explain everything in detail and provided three different, well-outlined estimates for the needed work. Once we agreed on the estimate, he completed the repairs in a timely manner and made sure to clean up afterward — which, honestly, is rare these days. As a bonus, he even lubricated all the moving parts on my garage door before leaving — something I didn't expect but truly appreciated. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Mobile, and if you can, definitely ask for Samuel. Outstanding service from start to finish!

While the serviceman was challenged to arrive within the 2 hr window, ‘Hannah’ was informative and apologetic. Technician Joe Drake arrived, and man, was this guy a ‘Garage Door Beast! Like a PHd in Garage Doorology! He made smooth, focused assessment and was absolutely magical in adjusting all the moving (& NOT moving) parts of my system. Much detailed, comprehensive and graciously educational as he addressed elements needing maintenance…even reprogrammed my in-car Garage door opener…with ease. I will eventually need a new Garage door opening Motor. Precision is absolutely in a league of their own, and ‘Dr. Drake’ the Obijuankinobe’ of Garage Door Magicians! Thanks too, for reasonable pricing, but for exceptional service!

The good: Technician arrived on time and was very friendly. He was very good at what he was doing. The bad: The labor time was about 1.5 hours. He was there a little longer, but some of the time was spent on the phone helping another technician and he the had to wait around for my cc payment to clear. The bill was over $800. I don't see that I ever got an invoice as promised. Since I did not get an estimated until the technician arrived, I felt obligated. I don't know what your labor rate is, but its apparently in the $250-$300 per hour range, which I find is way too high.

We had a lightning strike at our home causing unthinkable damage. I called two different companies and left messages for someone to please call me back. The third call was to Precision, and they answered the phone on the second ring. I made an appointment for an inspection the next day. Joe came out and looked over the two garage doors and offered several options. He sat down with my wife and I so that we could make the best decision; and then, Joe went to his truck and immediately installed exactly what we asked for from Precision. A few days later, Joe stopped by to install one small part that was not critical but needed to be done. He reset my garage door for the tailgate on my car and helped program my daughter's visor to open and close the new doors. You get what you pay for and the quality of service and product from Precision Garage Door is 5/5
