We had such a good experience with Precision Door Service. They were prompt on getting back to us and were even able to come out on the same day. Kingsman was our technician, and our appointment was not until 6:00, he called me around 3:00 because he had availabilty, and headed our way. My husband said he was very good at explaining everything, and even gave some suggestions on getting our garage door to be a little bit more quiet. Great job!!

The entire process from the initial visit, repair proposals and installation was very professional. Mike presented our options, clearly explained what was proposed and helped with the selection of the best value for our needs. Based on Mike's presentation, we elected to not only replace the door but also the opener. We are very pleased with the final product and would recommend Mike and Precision to anyone. What a great experience in customer service! Calling the office to get an appointment was easy and efficient. Ross and Mike came to the house and assessed my needs and convinced me that a new garage door and opener would be best. No pressure to purchase anything unnecessary but good advice to make improvements to what I had previously. Ross explained the itemized contract very thoroughly. Installation of the garage door and opener went without any issues. Both Ross and Mike were courteous and worked well together. I am very pleased with the service and products from your company. Knowing that I can call for assistance with a new installation is a plus. I would highly recommend this company for the expert customer service and attention.

My garage door has been acting up, like it would just stop.. I called Precision and Kinsman was the service guy. He did a thorough job and really knowledable about the garage door and parts. My garage door motor was bad.....He changed it out, with new remote and warranty. Did a great job. Yes I recommend precision. He informed me of the types and the prices before I said change it. I am very pleased with Precision, thank goodness they advertise. That is how I found them to be servicing Mobile area.

I actually chose the company through its web site and couldn't have been more pleased. They offered same day service, and I was not disappointed. The service technician called before he came and did an excellent job. He replaced the sensors and outside pad and serviced the unit. He was extremely professional and polite, and the charge seemed reasonable. I have never chosen service without a personal recommendation but I'm really glad I did.

My garage door opener,a 1996 Lift Master model,stopped working. I called Precision Door Service today, November 3, 2015 mid morning and was told a technician, Ross Helwig would be at my house between 1:00 -3:00 pm the same day to diagnose,repair and/or replace. Ross called and due to a cancellation he was able to come much earlier. I appreciated the Company's prompt,courteous response and I was very appreciative of repair or replace options after his diagnosis for me to choose. It was fairly obvious of the decision I needed to make without any high pressure sales techniques. I am completely satisfied with my decision and I would highly recommend this Company's products and services. Ross was by far one of the best service technicians we have ever had at our home!

I am writing this in advance of installation. The reason? Due to the timely response, the courtesy of my rep and his professional presentation of each aspect and recommended solution to the problem with my garage door. He left the final decision up to my wife and me to decide which way we wanted to go with this. He will be here Monday, and we have already telephoned him as he was driving home to advise. I am a retired banker ( former V. P. AmSouth Bank, N/A). My work ethic taught me to treat the customer who was paid the regular hourly wage to the customer who was a millionaire the same. Each was given the same consideration and the same courtesy regardless of the clothes they wore or how they spoke. They took my call on a Sunday and I had a technician there to fix my door at 9:30 Monday morning and had it fixed in under an hour. No other company was taking calls on the weekend! Great customer service!

We were impressed with this company starting about 6:30 am this morning when I was looking online for someone to repair a garage door. The website was impressive and eye-catching. When I saw live-chat, I said to myself " yeah, right.." and then someone immediately answered and offered to help. They collected all of our information and agreed to come when we could get home late this afternoon. They called before they came and showed up on time!!!! My husband is not easy to impress and I drove up from work at six pm... I said " where are the garage door people?" He said... they were great and very good at what they do. They were efficient and professional and did everything we needed them to do... and then we got an email thanking us and the bill in our email... we are amazed!! Customer service from this company can be compared to Chick fil A!!! AWESOME!!!

Prompt service-same afternoon in our case. The technician was a polite, well spoken young man who was very good at explaining the issues and alternatives for repair vs. replacement. We chose replacement since lightning had badly damaged our opener. He had the new unit up and working within two hours. He cleaned up his packaging and took away our old broken unit, explained everything, and offered to help program our vehicles to the new opener. We will use this company again when needed.
