Justin came very quickly and inspected our door and gave us 3 levels of service. Once we decided, he went to work and finished within an hour. Our door works great and I could not be happier as we really needed the service fast. He was just great and friendly and did not put pressure on which level of service to select. Mr. Boes and Mr. Able came at the appointed time and installed new garage panels in a timely manner. While they were here, the operator motor malfunctioned and we were able to come to an amicable solution. They did an excellent job with installing the panels and the new operator motor.

10 STAR SERVICE!!!! I recently had A LOT of work done to my garage door. They are THE BEST in the business!! Very professional. The picture of the technician they were sending was actually the guy that showed up, imagine that! He showed up in uniform, with a company truck that was easily recognizable. And get this He actually called and narrowed the time of arrival down before he came!!! Now I will agree they are not the cheapest you can find. But the cheapest doesn't offer same day service and transferable lifetime warranties. These guys know what they are doing; and they do it very well! I will be calling them again when I enclose my carport. Thanks Jason!

5 star rating>>> I opted for a door "overhaul" which included 4 new springs, neoprene rollers and roller reinforcing brackets. The installation exceeded my expectations and the door now functions exceptionally better than before the overhaul. It is very quiet as compared to before the overhaul. I would highly recommend their service. Very professional.

I had windows put in my garage door; very happy with job Precision Door Service did. Jason was my technician. Jason called to confirm he was on his way, got my idea of what I wanted. He did not try to sell me on anything, just paid attention to my concerns. He came on Monday, said he had to order window and it would be here Friday or Saturday. But this morning (next day) he called to say it had arrived and he could put it in today. Jason was very nice and professional. I recommend Precision Door Service.

I called Precision door service after finding there ad in a Valpak I received in the mail. I talked to a very pleasant lady on the phone and scheduled an appointment for the next day. I was told the name of the serviceman that would be coming to the house (Jason sites) and also received an e-mail with a picture of him. Jason called about 10 min. before he arrived. When he arrived I told him the problem, 5 min. later he told me the safety sensors was bad, he replaced the sensors and in under 30 min. he was out the door and my garage door opener worked great. I now have a Precision door service label on the wall next to my door opener. I will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone. Thank You
