I called Precision Door Thursday 12/15/20016 because of an issue with our old garage door. A technician replied qiuckly with a time he be at my home. He arrived promply and was professional and courteous. He recommended due to the age of the door, that replacement of the unit would be to our best intrest. Within an hour technicians were on their way with the new door. Within a couple hours the new unit was installed, I was made aware of how to operate the new controls and walked through my warranty. The technicians cleaned the area before they left. All and all a very good experience and will use them for future needs.

Our experience with Precision was excellent. The technician was at our house just a few hours after we called. He (Michael) was very knowledgeable and professional. While I originally felt the quote was a little pricey, the lifetime warranty made it worthwhile. Our new opener is very quiet and functioning great.

I called 2 times prior to requesting a service call to make sure I understood the charge for a service call. I was told twice $49. And change if no parts are needed. I knew it was a simple fix but did not want my 89 year old dad to fool with it. Michael took 10 minutes to diagnose and fix the lose wire and charged me $130. Not sure what the disconnect but not fair

Our garage door cable broke and when I called they offered to come out the same day! The men were very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. After the repair they even performed some minor maintenance and notice another broken part we were not even aware of. Thank you so much!
