Bobby Boes was very professional and did a great job. I felt like the price was slightly high, but Bobby was helpful with the use of the coupons we had. I also appreciated the same-day service and a late afternoon appointment time. I will contact Precision Door the next time I have an issue with my garage.

Great service! The technicians came out earlier than promised. Same day service! They did a check of my door and presented me with 3 options. Any questions I had were answered and made my decision. Great job - courteous and informative. Bobby Boes gave me the various repair/replace options. Went with replacement, due in fact to the lifetime warranty. Door is fantastic, the double door is so very very quiet and smooth operation. If and when the other door has a problem, will be calling Precision!

Bobby was the very professional gentleman who serviced my garage door. When Bobby arrived, my truck was stuck in my garage and I could not go anywhere. When Bobby left, I was able to freely leave my garage. I am seriously considering purchasing a new garage door. All because of the service I received from precision. Thank you!

I was very pleased at the quick response I got when I called Precision for my "unresponsive" garage door. The repairman identified the problem, fixed it, and replaced the very old rollers. He was a most pleasant gentleman also. Precision definitely gets a 5 star rating from me.

My car was stuck inside my garage after someone crashed into the door. The technicians came out right away, got my car out and did an estimate for repairs. The repairs were done on time and the garage looks as good as new. They went above and beyond for us. I would definitely recommend them!
