Kinsman is the BEST of the BEST !!! I believe one would be hard pressed to find a more competent, polite and professional technician anywhere across all 90 Precision locations.Can't do better that a 10 on a 10 or A++. Need I say more? Best to you Kinsman,and it's young people like yourself that gives my wife and I faith in the future !!!

Great service! Came home from work on Wed to a not working Lift Master. Did all the trouble shooting exercises.... no luck. Made an appointment on-line at 10:00 pm Amazingly there was someone to chat with at that time of the night. Made an appointment for the next day and came home to a working opener on Thursday.

Troubleshooting proved difficult on our door opener which was likely damaged by lightning. But, the technician found the issue and solved the problem. I was treated honestly and fairly and will call Precision again should the need arise.

Fast, quality service. My wife found the company through an online search. We've been in our house less than a month. One of the springs on our door broke around 5PM, so it wouldn't open. It was fully repaired and functional before lunch the next day. In fact, the other components of the opening function were in such a bad state, I had them replace everything (both springs, rollers, cables, rod). The door now opens smoothly (it used to shake and shudder when opening) and it's much quieter than before!! The technicians were courteous and knowledgeable. In fact, through the course of talking with them, they learned I'm a Veteran and they gave me the Veteran discount without my asking for it. I didn't even know they offered one. That's integrity, and it's greatly appreciated!! I definitely recommend this company! I put their contact information in my phone just in case I need their services again in the future.

Very pleased with your Mobile office. Spoke with Ross and he came on sight just as he said he would. In my opinion Ross is a fine young man and this is the first time I have met him. All information given while scheduleing the visit for repair was followed precisely. I received a phone call from the Service Technician with in 15 minutes of my original phone call to inform me of eta to my home for repair. Service technicians were very knowledgeable and informative. All information was presented in a very professional and easy to understand format. Work was performed in a timely and professional manner. Technicians walked me through all the steps needed to program the key pad and reprogramming of our vehilce access pads. Would definitely recommend the service to others for any repairs, replacement or service needed for garage doors on their homes.

Five Star all the way! Scott was wonderful, and keeping to his other reviews of wanting to arrive early! Really, who ever hears of that? He was hardworking, explained several options to me, and fixed the problem with better skill than I had seen from others before (another company). The broken spring caused some damage to how it was hung, and he repaired all, including bolstering up the wall and making sure that it was "better than ever!" I loved it that my call was answered on a weekend, as I couldn't get my car out of the garage at all, and I was fine with the first morning appointment the next day. The operator was pleasant and apologized that she wasn't sure she could get me in Sunday afternoon! I told her I knew it was Father's Day and didn't want to mess up the techs holiday, I just wanted too know I was on sked with someone! She actually thanked me for being so considerate. (The other company didn't even call until the next morning, and I let them know a tech was already on his way..early! ) I would definitely recommend this company, and I will ask for Scott again, we are considering upgrading to a newer, quieter opener and he will be who we call! Thank you for a smooth process from start to finish!
