The guys that came out to do the service call were very professional ,They were confident that they could do the job. The guys did their inspection of the job and gave me an estimated price ( when I called in as well as upon the visit I told them that it was too replace the wood package on the door).the guys gave me a quote on the price, I asked if he was sure that they looked at the complete job and everything else was fine (I was told and I quote "Sir I do this everyday We have checked everything") I agreed to have the job done. The next day when the service tech came out to complete the work ( I took It upon on myself to remove the Vinyl siding around the door opening to ensure that it did not need to be replaced). The service Tech asked if they looked at the job because they did not quote me a price for enough wood. I told him that I removed the siding that morning to see for myself If the 2 X 4 YP did not need to be replaced an they needed to be replaced. he said that he was sorry that I was not told about having to replace the 2 X 4 X 8 YP , but he would get me a price. As a customer I don't like being told the day of service about an additional price when I already in too the job.Other then that small problem everything else was Great. (I did not see Senior discount on invoice)

The technician and his assistant showed up right on time and got to work directly. They had all the materials they needed and tools required on the truck. As they worked they noticed some unique circumstances and adjusted the installation accordingly. They both were willing and able to answer any and all questions we had. All in all an A+ job.

We had an old,poorly maintained garage door and opener which basically quit working. We called Precision at about 2:30 pm and there was a tech. here at 5:00 pm. The problem was quickly assessed and a variety of solutions offered. We chose to replace the door and the day after the service call the door was replaced. The door was much heavier than the old one so the opener would not lift it, we decided to replace that also. Great service, great people, great job!

Great job by tech. Courteous,friendly, and did quality work. Installed and programmed all devices even programmed my truck to open door. If I had a business I would want my employees to be like him . On the service side (both from my first call in and the technician that came onsite), I give Precision 5 stars! All three employees I dealt with were very professional, super quick to help and dedicated to total customer satisfaction. Very impressed! So why 4 stars? While the service pricing was reasonable, especially for the level of service, I also purchased a new piece of equipment that was unrelated. They charged me more than double the amount I would have paid for it anywhere else. ($125 vs $55). That is a little annoying but I had already agreed to the overall estimate before I realized that price discrepancy. The moral of the story is great company to do service level business with but maybe check the price of new equipment before agreeing to anything.

There were two different lm828 gateways in the Service Titan price book. One was 75.00 and the other was 125.00. Technician was unaware he had selected the wrong model. I found out about 8:00 Friday night that the spring on the garage door had broken and the door would not raise. I called after 7:00 am on Saturday and a tech was at the house and had the door fixed by 10:00 am.WOW!!! I have used Precision Door before to perform service at my previous home, and this is the same performance I have come to expect from them. This company knows how to treat their customers right.

Tommy was an excellent tech. After he did an assessment on the door, he showed and explained the parts that were broken, needs for updating certain parts (spring, operating motor, rollers, etc.) to meet current standards. He provided me with the minimum repair and cost to get the door working, and a cost for repairs and the upgrade package if I wanted to consider an upgrade. He explained the benefits of the upgrade package (safety, surge protection for the operating motor, etc.). The upgrade also provided an outside keypad for opening the door, heavier spring, nylon rollers, etc.) Tommy provided a good training period to explain the difference and improvements in controls, how to change the digital code, etc. After a decision was made and contract signed, he was very efficient in the installation of new equipment. I was most pleased with Tom's professional work and presentation. He did the repairs and upgrade in less than three hours. I highly recommend Tommy and Precision for garage door repairs and installation.

Dear Bobby, My husband and I first learned of your company, Precision Door Service, from a great neighbor, 2 doors west of our house. She gave me the name and phone no. of the business, so I called right away since we had a very troublesome problem ( not being able to open our garage door!). Having health problems at an elderly age with lots of appointments made everything suddenly seem like a disaster and it was! The magic technician, Dylan, came very quickly to our aid. He analyzed everything very quickly and told us we did not need a new door, but a new motor and controls, and some modifications to the way the door tracks hung from the ceiling. It had been a mess, all angled and scary looking. By the time Dylan finished everything, it all looked brand new. He answered all our questions and made sure we got what we needed. He was so very fair and honest and to tell you the truth, my husband and I just absolutely loved him.!!! He took care of us. I understand that he did the work on our neighbors garage door ( to the east of us, and put in a hurricane door!) So if anyone asks us, we will tell the truth.
